Cruzan Rum Distillery Reviews

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Our guide was fantastic and answered every question we could come up with. The rum tasting and free drinks at the end topped it all off.

Knowledgeable guide and great drinks after the tour.

The tour is great! I was in St. Croix for a couple weeks and when on the tour when one of the cruise ships was in town. The tour cost $4, but the website says $5, there might be a cruise ship discount. The tour guide explained the whole process of distilling rum and was great at answering any question asked. At the end you got 2 mixed drinks (from a list) and 4 sample shots of any rum they distilled.

If you are trying to find the distillery from Google, like I did, it is not located in the middle of Frederiksted. It is located about halfway along West Airport Road.

Great tour, fun atmosphere. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. This is a must while you are on the island.

Darnell is the best tour guide you can ask for. Make sure all pictures have the flash on with him in it. Tour was nice and informative along with tasting afterwards, ask for the off the menu specials.

Great tour and tasty beverages. They even knocked off $1 because they weren't brewing at the moment. Our male tour guide knew a lot about the facility and process. Cruzan has been distilling rum here for 80 years.

Really short tour. $8 for two drinks and some shots is a good price, but I would not make the trip if you need to take a taxi to get there. The only part of the opporation on st. Croix is the brewing and distilling. Sugar cane/molasses production and bottling are done in a different location.

Excellent tour. Even if they weren't actually making rum, the guide was still very knowledgeable. A must for any St. Croix visit.

Best and only rum tour worth visiting on island! Hands down!

Such a great place to visit and see how this delicious rum is made. We didn't get to actually see the rum being made because it was down time. They had met their quota in May, so in June they're cleaning out all the machines and will resume mid July. Our guide was very knowledgeable and funny. We were given 2 drinks and 4 samples at the end of the tour. Definitely recommend this when visiting!
