I LOVE the service that I receive from the agent I use. She is great at answering any question I may have as well as assuring that I do receive my loyalty reward and any other perks that she can give me and my friends. I have referred multiple friends to CruCon over the past two years.

We've booked 2 cruises with CruCon and were very happy with both experiences! It was nice to save some $ on the cruise and everything went smoothly with the booking process.

CruCon offers great deals and offers excellent service

Don't book with these people unless you want to be inconvenienced. You have to leave your name to be called back and forget about email, they don't use it. There is absolutely no email address to contact them by.

We have booked several cruises with CruCon and have also recommended it to many of our friends. We appreciate the extra perks they offer after we have booked the cruise on the ship. When we are sailing and choose to book the next cruise, we are able to take the perks offered by the cruise line and then when we arrive home, we call CruCon and move the reservation number to them. They then call back and let us know what they are able to award us with as well. CruCon takes great care of us from booking until we are home again.

Terrible customer service and no follow through. My cruise was cancelled in March due to Covid. After 60 days of waiting, I found out crucon did not send the proper info to the cruise line to process my refund. They have been unresponsive to calls or emails to fix the problem and the cruise line refuses to deals with me (the customer) because I booked through them. Will not use Crucon or Royal Caribbean Cruise Line ever again!!

We have used Crucon for several years and have booked probably over 30 cruises with them. We have never had a negative issue. Their perks are usually better than anywhere else and their outstanding sales team (we ve been working with Jackie Ellerbeck a lot lately) is beyond compare. Plus, their amazing customer service (Caitlyn, Molly and Brooklyn have helped us a lot) is the best I ve encountered anywhere. CruCon was by far one of the best experiences I have had booking a vacation. The staff was amazing. They were easy to contact and followed up any issues that arose. I booked two cabins with the Celebrity Summit. The Summit went into dry dock and we were then notified that one of cabins with three people couldn't be next to our with only a month til the cruise. They worked with Celebrity and stayed in constant contact to resolve the issue. Not only would I book with you them again, I have already referred them to a number of my friends!!

I think the deals are great and it s pretty easy to book. This cruise was my 3rd with Celebrity and booking through CruCon. I like the perks that were offered and I will do it again for sure!

I have used CruCon many times and always get excellent, efficient service. I also appreciate their frequent on-board credit promotions.

Extremely unresponsive to a newly made booking that had a 24 hour deadline for cancellation. They did not answer their pones, respond to phone messages marked as urgent, nor did they reply to any emails. They indicate a one business day turnaround time for response (which would invalidate, or make useless their 24 hour cancellation policy) , but it has been three business days since the initial reservation, over 17 different call attempts, and numerous email to address concerns of the initial booking. No contact from them, no ability to contact them. Strongly do not recommend.

Oct 2018: I received great customer service with CruCon for this booking. They were able to provide extra booking perks and provided an onboard credit for having been a past customer. The sales rep and customer service rep went out of their way to confirm my booking perks and always returned calls by the end of the day. They were fantastic!

Just completed another sailing with Celebrity. The booking with CruCon was smooth. The add-ons make it even sweeter. My booking agent was professional and prompt. I recommend CruCon to all cruisers.

WARNING: terrible customer service, nasty attitudes from customer service reps, dishonest agents, long hold times and long wait time on phone. Poor hours for opening M-F 9am-6pm & Saturdays. Can not change reservations to another travel agent. Beware of changes to Reservations. Next reservations were booked on cruise ship. Pros: offer on board credit. I might change my mind if Crucon redeems themselves by providing better customer service, being honest and considerate.
