Extremely unresponsive to a newly made booking tha...

Extremely unresponsive to a newly made booking that had a 24 hour deadline for cancellation. They did not answer their pones, respond to phone messages marked as urgent, nor did they reply to any emails. They indicate a one business day turnaround time for response (which would invalidate, or make useless their 24 hour cancellation policy) , but it has been three business days since the initial reservation, over 17 different call attempts, and numerous email to address concerns of the initial booking. No contact from them, no ability to contact them. Strongly do not recommend.
