Formerly named hotel crown, facilities and quality are still the same as before. Although it is an old hotel, it is still well maintained.

A very disappointing impression, for a room that smells of cigarettes. In comparison to the price the facilities are very disappointing. Promises to be cleaned with aromatherapy, until I don't come home.

with a budget of one million you can get a deluxe room with a bathtub, this hotel was previously a paragon hotel located in the Paragon Mall Semarang complex. There is special access from the Lobby to the Mall. On the upper floor, there is a ballroom and meeting room. The hotel staff is very friendly and informative. Rooms are clean and smell good. If you stay here, you will definitely get a city view of youth roads or other major roads in the city of Semarang. Inside the mall there are several good tenants such as: starbucks, miniso, the body shop, koi tea, kintan shaburi, seorae, haagen dagz and many more. Downstairs there is a hypermart, guardian and several other drugstores.

Good ambiance. But why a big hotel doesn't have even a piece of paper bag? The aircon at the suite room and penthouse suddenly defrosted. Extremely hot in the room (room no. 1053 & 1246)

5 star class + hotel in the middle of the city, tourist attractions are also nearby. Anywhere is easy

the place is asic. down mall. in case there is a need to just stay down. location is also strategic. okei service.

5 star hotel with a modern style. connected with the best mall in Semarang became one of the added value of this hotel. cool 5-star facilities and service were excellent important things that can be given by PO Hotel Semarang. maybe a lot of people know this hotel as CROWNE PLAZA Hotel by IHG. but it's been taken over by the owner in private ownership under POLLUX Hotel group of Pollux property. Still a group with Louis Kienne in Indonesia and Singapore and Amarsvati Resort Lombok.

Previously the name was crowned now .. Over all was comfortable and the menu was so good

Great hotel..rooms are quite large, think they're above most other accomodations

Spacious room, food menu from traditional to international, one roof with the mall, so it's easy for shopping tours

The hotel was just ok, but several guest eith kids were complaining that the "smoking" room has a very strong cigarette smell, luckily we got a "non smoking" room.

They have 3 lifts going to the room floor, but only 2 working, that makes the traffing (going up and down) terrible, while they are running on full house.

And we really upset with their cleaning service that we left our swimming suit hang on the bathroom and they said that they could not find it... it is totally easy to be spotted, hang on the bathroom where can be seen easily once the cleaning service enter the room.

5 star hotel with the best price and service in Semarang, it seems, some of the complaints that I had read in several online applications did not feel for 3 days here (check in was very fast, hot water ran smoothly 24 hours, clean water did not emit color and strange smell the carpet is not smelly & clean, servicing all staff including security is also very good), breakfast is also complete with Indonesian, Asian and Western menu variants. it's just that the room wallpaper is indeed old enough to need to be replaced

The place is close to shopping centers and easily affordable. The service is quite good.

Really nice place to stay. Totally suitable when have a family trip. Its directly connected with Paragon Mall, so if you bored or need something, just hang out or shopping in the Paragon Mall

Hotel PO ex Crown This hotel plaza is one with Mall Paragon. Very tasty, I want to stay in the hotel which is one of the mall. Downstairs and shopping. The room is not cramped, clean, not smelly, the service is friendly and good, the breakfast menu is delicious. The price is a bit expensive but according to the existing facilities.

Chaotic parking. Want to leave the mall just up to 2 hours before it can come out. How do you make parking first
