What an excellent place to stay. Customer service is very good.

Very nice hotel! The room was spotless and has been very comfortable for me and my wife. The best part so far has been the staff, they have gone out of their way to make this stay very welcoming and easy for us. David Wang has been such an amazing help getting us taken care of as well! I would highly recommend staying here for anyone!!

The rooms are clean and quiet. The rooms has a refrigerator and you have to use the microwave downstairs in the lobby. The restaurant is carry out only, so I suggest you just go across the street at the mini mall and purchase good Asian food.

The hotel is clean. Staff are nice. BUT I paid for a king bed and they gave me a queen bed. My husband and I were too exhausted to go downstairs and make changes. The fridge in our room makes a weird noise every few min. Which kept me up at night. Minor improvements and they can have a four star.

Restaurant is understaffed. Waiter spilled red wine all over 3 people in our party, never apologized or even cleaned it up! We tried to help by picking up all the broken glass off the floor. About a half our later, a manager came to clean it up and was practically blamed us for the mess. Condescending and short with us, didn t comp a single drink even though we have several ruined pieces of clothing.

They unnecessarily restrict gym access to two people at a time, with it not being open at night or the early morning. You have to sign up in advance
and get a special keycard to let you in. This is a needless inconvenience at this point. If you haven t been vaccinated, it s your own fault at this point. Open the gym back up for normal operation! Those who don t want to take care of themselves or others can just sit in their rooms.

Their rooms were very spacious and had a relaxed ambiance with free breakfast and complimentary use of their pool. I had the best time here with my family. The food in their restaurant was delectable and delicious. I have a free pass on their gym but I didn't use it because I am into exercising. But overall, this place is amazing!

Cool hotel, clean rooms, nice amenities. Pool and hot tub open with reservations. Reasonable prices for lodging as well. Very friendly staff as well. I dropped the rating down to four stars because the max volume on the TV is 35 and it is impossible to hear with the AC on. Also the hot tub was maybe 98 degrees and the seat is so shallow that you are covered with water up to your belly button and the jets are hitting your tailbone.
