Great stay with the large family.

Kids enjoyed the facilities and time together.

Young adults enjoyed the beer and drinking session with another group on holidays. Elsie we miss you.

Nice and clean room. Comfortable bed with free Wi-Fi. It would be perfect to have free on-site parking too.

I went for an overnight stay to celebrate my dads birthday then have a breakfast after, the staff where all extremely polite, the door man did more than he had to, to make everyone's stay more enjoyable and the kitchen staff gave us very good service and even provided a free cake and presents. The rooms where very clean and had great views.

Gusti's Restaurant is a hidden gem - and selfishly I trust it remains so, with rarely a need to book for breakfast, lunch or dinner, 7 days a week. With views over Langley Park & the Swan River, with opening windows on appropriate days, or just outside under the umbrellas, a relaxing environment to enjoy seasonal, palate pleasing repasts. Rarely disappointing, and delivered with quietly professional, but always friendly, service.

I find this hotel quiet, rooms are very spacious and very clean. The staff are always extremely helpful and friendly and nothing seems to be a problem. I d recommend this Hotel to anyone.

As per previous reviews the staff really have a constant high level of customer service, thank you. Breakfast, excellent. Parking within the hotel - Pricey. But on weekends plenty of parking out front. Will be our go to when staying in the city.

Great view of the Swan River and forshore from room and balcony. Not a flash dinning area, but 3 course meal was good .

One of the best kept secrets in Perth.... Service 2and to none.... Staff very friendly and always go that little bit further to make your stay enjoyable

Nice rooms, excellent breakfast spread, lost one star as the overall building is starting to feel dated and they had some issues with elevators, but the staff were excellent and very helpful. Will definately stay again when in Perth... Also easily accessible by car.

booked a room upstairs and landed in the basement, view to the ventilation equipment! Room musty! Staff very friendly but unable. Despite our complaint about the room was not responding only friendly smiled.

Great hotel in a convenient location. Easy walk to Elizabeth Quay and City shopping area. Very friendly staff and good facilities. Parking is the only issue costing $35 per day. But the location makes it worth it. I will stay again.

Nice views of the river from the pool deck or river facing rooms. The breakfast at Gustis was delicious. Hotel could do with a bit of an update with the decor in some of the rooms.

It's ok . Company pays for accommodation so I don't mind . But if I'm on Holliday's no thanks .it's a bit old and in need of a make over . View from the balcony is good . That's it . If I was paying I'd find another place . But for not having to pay it's ok.

Staff were friendly and professional, room was clean and tidy, restaurant was good but expensive, best feature was the amazing views of the river and city.

Was give a room and level 2, as you could hear everything going on including the toilet that keeps rubbing but staff tell me that there is nothing wrong with it.

Have stayed here previously and has been okay but not worth it anymore.

This is a lovely place to stay, the staff are so friendly. They even take your bags to your room. Nothing is a trouble to them. Best thing of all the beds are comfortable.

It as a great experience to be an guest of crowne plaza. Their stuff were very friendly. Room is very clean, and no strange smils. Room also quiet in night. Only one thing which needs to improve, which is their diner. Steak is a bit expensive

Crowne Plaza hotel all staffers friendly and helpful information on all hotel services. Room clean and very functional amenities inside, very comfortable bef and pillows= Breakfast cooked but not hot in food holders - perhaps the heater under cooking tray had broken down but this needs urgent rectification. other than this will book again and enjoy.

The place is a little away from the center, but there is also a supermarket open 24 hours nearby.
The room was large and had plenty of storage space and was comfortable with a bathtub. There are plenty of breakfast buffets and varieties.

We travel in a group and were met by the manager as we pulled up outside the hotel, on the afternoon of Friday 13th March 2020, with all the details of our advance request met and delivered with a smile and professionalism very rarely encountered! Check in could not have been quicker and easier in any way. All the staff we encountered during our stay were excellent. Forget training courses, just send customer relations to this hotel to see how it is done.

Restaurant service was appalling

Slow, disorganised, 3 different tables in restaurant complaining at same time and forgetfulness with drink orders. Not sure how they can operate to be honest

Great position for a place to stay, easy access for pickup and drop off, nice quite surroundings, walking distance to much of what the city has to offer.

Service is good. but the building, rooms and facilities are dated. the elevator doesnt need a key to go up. the parking has very few spots and is very expensive. internet is quite slow, and the non-smoking rooms still have traces of smells of cigarettes

Smooth check in. Bedroom has all the usual facilities. Bath and separate shower, but no hand-held facility in the shower. Iron and board in the wardrobe. Bathrobes provided. A 'universal' power outlet in the bathroom. Convenient bar and lounge on the ground floor. Gym and pool available. Dinner service a bit slow, but food quality good. Breakfast buffet varied, with hot items well presented and kept hot.

Very old dated hotel. Needs renovation to remain current. Hotel room reasonably clean but due to age is very tired.

Everything about my experience here was top level. We were greeted by Jake who was warm and friendly and upgraded our check out time. He offered friendly advice of where to eat. Rooms were super clean and spacious, the pool area was sublime and a great broad range at the buffet breakfast. Overall a great value hotel in a great location.
