The best grill there is. Period. I have the 36 estate series and use it 2-3 times a week year round. You have to get used to the power of the burners if you ve been using a little Weber or Charbroil. Once you master that the grilling experience is unrivaled. I got tired of radiants and burners rusting out every year with other brand grills. This thing is built like a tank! Easy to clean too with the big stainless steel drip tray. If you re thinking about the investment, do it! You won t regret it.

The quality of the Crown Verity product is second to none. I find the cook on all of the food is consistent. There is no second guessing temperatures as the temperature is true to the gauge. I first purchased a Crown Verity for my office and I was so happy with it, I had to order one for home!
This is hands down the best BBQ I have ever owned. My family has been a Crown Verity family for as long as I can remember. So when my wife and I bought our first house and we were in the market for a BBQ I knew exactly where to look! The all stainless design not only makes it ascetically beautiful to look at but also makes it easy to clean, nor will i ever have to worry about it routing out like most other brands after a few years. We opted to get our in natural gas (no more running out of fuel) our parents is propane. Cooking is a breeze giving a nice even heat from front to back side to side thanks to the roll dome lid and the 4 burner design. With the 4 large burners you are able to hold temps as low as 250-300 all the way up to 800 degrees giving you all around even cooking.
All in all if your looking for a BBQ that will last you a lifetime and will be the envy of your neighbours look no further the the Crown Verity brand of BBQ's
My Crown Verity is at least 25 years old. I used it in a golf club for a decade and knew it to be a few years older than that. So this old gal has likely seen a ton of steaks slide across it's grill. In truth the club retired it because it's better marketing to have a nice shiny model and this old gal had "taken a beating and was looking worse for the wear". I retired it to my home and replaced parts as needed over the next 13 years. Each time I ordered parts I wondered if it was time to retire it for good. But when I look at the quality of even the expensive brand name BBQ's out there, I realize how I already have a gem and the cost of parts is small by comparison to the cost of a new grill. My 36 inch grill is well-built and is "infinitely re-buildable" so I'll hang on to it. In our disposable society where a BBQ only lasts 7 years my Crown Verity proves that quality means something and you can't judge a book by its cover.

I've owned just about every grill there is on the mass market. If you're tiresome of spending upwards of $1000.00 on a grill every two years and throwing it out, keep reading. I came upon a CV during a retreat in 2004. Wow, was all the inner voice kept repeating as I examined the gauge of stainless, spot welds, corner wraps, alignments. The metal work and fabrication were just spot on. Design simplicity / functionality shouts well engineered . Just didn't know what it cost - that was the other WOW, later on this point. So here we are in 2004 and found a Florida restaurant supply company representing CV. They possessed a CV 60 mobile grill with the two roll domes and for an additional $350.00 for shipping, and it can be there next week. Had to man up and with a cup of water, walked around the block contemplating how to tell the warden (wife) that we bought a grill that has a comma involved. Here we are 17 years later Same Grill!
This unit sits out uncovered 24/7/365 and is utilized most every summer night and 3-4 nights a week during the winter. In 17 years of ownership and at our level of use, every 5 years expect to replace the radiants, grill tubes, lighter tubes - that s it. From a grilling standpoint, the heat is even and consistent with its settings. The drip trays MUST be filled with a gallon of water especially if you re grilling lamb. (Grease fires are very unsettling.) Once a week, I clean the drip trays of old seasoning and debris. Once every two or three months, I will pressure wash the unit, clean the grill racks and attend to anything else it needs. Again, where we are at 17 YEARD and going strong. We did use a laser gun thermometer early on until we learned the range of temps based on gas settings.
We also acquired two of CV s griddles which resemble tank armor and you need a pair of biceps to move them. When properly seasoned (blackened), we have braising whole tenderloins, grilling fish to perfection (in minutes), hamburgers, pancakes, the heat is just as you set it, clean up is short and sweet. Interestingly, before our CV only I did the grilling. When you have a professional grill that is better referenced and an heirloom grill as this will eventually go to one of the kids, my bride of 32 years now doesn t wait for me. She enjoys it. Who knew? Ok- so I do the maintenance, clean up, change the propane tanks. This pales, to having a happy wife with professional tools which yield sumptuous meals. Sorry its taken me so long but I have speak up.
I've enjoyed my Crown Verity BBQ for over 13 years, which includes several moves and a couple transitions from natural gas to propane and back again. I am impressed at how even the heat surface remains and the quality of the product. We should all do more "Made in Canada"!
For almost $ 12,000 you d think you are buying the Ferrari of Grills! Think Again! When I unwrapped my Grill and tried to hook it up I noticed the Gas Valve was broken and there are 2 Dents at the back. I called by Sales Rep. they sent a service Person over to fix the problem, instead of replacing the unit. Never the less now 10 days later they fixed that problem, I now have a Dented and repaired BBQ that is supposed to work for 12 k . Well that was just the beginning. When I started checking the drawers I noticed they were not straight as they should be I did more research thought this was normal so I took the drawers out and noticed all the drawer hinges are not tightened they are all loose and need to be aligned and tightened see pics attached of slanted drawers. The company says all their BBQ go thru a 10 point inspection they even put the sticker on it, I sent all this info to the the Sales rep and still no answer. I thought when you buy the Ferrari of Grills you get a perfect working grill just unwrap and plug in well this was the worst experience ever and if I could give this company 0 stars I would. Now I have a repaired , Dented and falling apart BBQ!!! Thank you Crown Verity for your 10 point inspection and the Lemon BBQ you Sold Me. BUYER BEWARE!!!
I can assure all who read this review that I have no connection to Crown Verity. But I am compelled to write this review because I have never had nor probably will have a better barbecue. It is the EE-36M-2DWR and it is solid. The weight alone of over 320 lbs of stainless steel should say something. The design is professional. The first thing I tried was the rotisserie and the the chicken was perfectly moist due in large part to the drip pan of water below the grills. I was also smart enough to get the natural gas. One less concern when having a gathering.I feel a little like a kid getting his first real car. You "could" drop this off a truck and it would be still fine. (don't do that) I did a lot of tire kicking over the past few months looking for a good barbecue when my good neigbour told me about Crown Verity. They build a quality product that I am happy to endorse. Simply the best. Thank you.

Best BBQ ever!! All stainless steel which conducts heat evenly, spacious cooking surface and super easy to clean. We love to entertain so we wanted something reliable and that was high quality. I definitely recommend Crown Verity!!!
Andrew at your company sold me a regulator several months ago. I just want you to know how happy I am with this unit. I live 100 feet from the Atlantic Ocean and this unit is outside 8 months a year without a cover - not that I don t have one, I m just too lazy to put it on because we use it almost every night. It also made it through hurricane Sandy totally covered in sand. I couldn t find it after the storm and as you can see it still looks new. Thank you for all your help.
Crown Verity makes the best grill you can get. This 36" grill has been with my family since 1996 and was passed down to me. It's put in the work to feed a family for the past 25 years and it still looks brand new! It heats up quickly and has extremely consistent heat across the entire grill. Also, since the grill is 304 stainless steel top to bottom, it doesn't corrode and cleans up easily. I was lucky enough to have this grill passed down to me only because the 36" didn't fit in my family's new space - they replaced this one with a new 30" and I know they'll have that one forever.
Why buy a lesser grill that will need to be replaced when you can get a grill that will last longer than you will!
Absolutely the best Grill I've ever owned and had the pleasure of cooking on. I've had my 36" grill for over 22 years and use it year round. It's stood the test of time. I leave it uncovered and exposed to the elements on the South facing side of my home. We've cooked everything on it from Hamburgers and Hot Dogs to Steaks, Chicken - Grilled and Roasted, Ribs, Prime Rib, Roasted Pig, Fish, Veggies even Pizza, Cookies and Pies. Maintenance is minimal - wash exterior and shelf's with soap and water when need be. Interior and exterior usually I clean once a year with Crown Verity's BBQ Degreaser. Over the last 22 years I've replaced only the burners and radiant covers plus the burner knobs just once. Everything else is still original including the valves and grates. I highly recommend Crown Verity's Grills, you won't regret purchasing one.
We have had ours now for about 12 years and we r very satisfied with the BBQ we load it up on truck and take it to the car wash to wash it so much easier lol the two small wheels have started to fall apart so we have emailed crown Verity and still waiting on an email back

I purchased my Crown Verity grill over 20 years ago. Still going strong. It has outlasted my friend Napoleon, Weber, Vermont Castings and more by years. Top qualtiy material and excellent design make this the best and longest lasting barbeque that I have ever seen.

I bought the 48inch cart grill, I thought I was buying one of the best grills out there. The bbg looks great, but the performance not what I expected. The front of the grill is cooler than the back, uneven cooking surface. I find I have to use 1/2 of my 48 inch grill to cook our food. I don't like the fact that the front is alot cooler. I called the company they want me to send pics of me cooking. You would expect for that type of money they would send someone out to check it. I also compalined that one if my stainless doors did not match the grill. They asked for pictures, I sent them pics. It has been 1 year and nothing. I had a $3,000 weber and I find it was a way better bbq performance wise. My weber is 36 inch and the cooking surface is all even. I can cook more food with the smaller grill, then this one. I truthfully am disappointed in the grill and the company service.
We purchased the 36" Natural Gas Estate Elite Series Mobile Island Grill and we absolutely love it, it's top quality, functional, solid and looks beautiful in our backyard. We purchased it three years ago and it still looks and works like the day when we first bought it.
