When you first walk in front desk customer service...

When you first walk in front desk customer service is supposed to be the best because they are on the front line and the first representation in of the company. The front desk receptionist is very rude and disrespectful. When you ask the question they are very short and impatient and ready to move on to the next person and will not answer your questions in full. You are asked to give your important documents over to them and without any information being know. When giving them state required hiring documents the job turns you away and requires only a social security card which is not the only state required document that you can turn in or submit for hire...I ask to speak with human resources to receive clarification and they are short patient and short tempered with you as well and once the questions that are being avoided are not answered the Lead woman human resources says there are no positions available for a the people I brought in to be hired while still hiring people who walked in after us. I am very disappointed and disgusted and displeased with this companies hiring process and the hiring staff. I feel we have been discriminated against just for wanting to be given a fair chance at a job opportunity.
