My daughter was brought by ambulance to the ER for chest pain, weakness, left arm tingling and feeling that she couldn t breathe . Any time she tried to stand she would start shaking uncontrollably and almost faint. ER nurse with red hair and pregnant named Beth was my daughters nurse . Extremely rude, zero compassion and not even trying to explain herself with the least bit of understanding , without listening to her patient.
My daughter was very scared has been ill for several months with no answers as to what is wrong. We tried to explain
to her but she had her agenda and was not the least bit kind , and did not even try to gently explain why she needed my daughter to do what she was asking.
When asked for a refill on water she responded get it from the sink in her room , the same place we were told to leave her urine sample. It is abundantly clear she is in the wrong line of work. Nurse Ratchett ring a bell. I work in a medical office as front desk supervisor and I assure you, I realize you have to recognize when you need to be more gentle with some scared, worried patients looking to you for help. Open your eyes snd ears Beth or get out of medical field.
