Maybe I come from the "village" but far too many people in a room. Got the SATS feeling right away, you can't go there to have self-training when you want it to be then planned according to how many are there and who uses what of the equipment. The environment was so so, again: rate the feeling. one becomes one of many. A bit inclusive when you come in ..
Certainly a good arrangement for some but not for me who has been spoiled by a cf center with just over 200 members.
