Awesome place!!! Great soups. French onion is my favorite. Great raspberry bars and lemon bars. Amy was excellent with customer service, thank you Amy!

This is one business doing something right for decades in a row. I have never had a substandard quality product. Borealis' best products in order of personal favoritism: 1. Bread (there's a variety for everyone but Rosemary Salt is notorious); 2. Carrot Cake (best sold publicly for 3 towns around); 3. BLT (super sandwiches for a bakery); 4. Rum balls. Last and absolutely essential are the staff - they are kind, personable and hard working. It is very hot in there in the summers and the staff are still doing a great job. Super appreciate the cleanliness and cheery atmosphere.

What a great little spot that I've driven by for the last 2 years and happily found yesterday, ill be back! Local bakery with sandwiches, salads and pasties!! The staff was so friendly and helpful and the place smells amazing!

The baked goods are out of this world. Best I have had in a long time. The staff are wonderful bakery is so clean. Anyone who can go to this bakery should go. I can't wait to go again. Thank you everyone at Borealis.

We had breakfast croissants......the best I've had. The Cranberry muffins....omg so fresh. Highly recommend this place staff were very inviting and friendly!

We love this bread! I wish we could get it here in PA. We did bring several loaves home to enjoy here.
