Went there yesterday at 5pm(they close at 530) to buy a Subaru Impreza and had an absolute and warm customer service from Michael, Jarred and Millie. Terrible experience!
Not only has the service department had my car for more than two months now. They are constantly promising I will have my car back next week at the latest .
I am very understanding of the fact that there are underlying issues here, however, having my car for more than two months is completely unacceptable. It just goes to show the incompetence of the staff in their service department.

This is by far the best place to buy your Subaru. It is worth driving from Sydney to pick up your car, especially as you get to have a good drive home. Honest reliable and friendly staff at Crossroads and the promised Delivery time for our car was spot on. The whole process from start to finish could not have been easier. Rang up in regards to getting my airbag replaced, the man in the service department was so rude to me huffing and puffing because I diddnt have my vin number as I was calling from work, I asked to speak to someone else, he said there was no one else so I said I'd go somewhere else and hung up, I hope my call was recorded as stated because he needs further training. Rang Maitland Subaru and it was a completely different experience. I know when I need a new car where I won't be going!

We ve got helped from Kadir and Aiden, and Tameika...I feel their team work is awesome, answered our heaps of questions, made my hubby and I feel sooooo warm and no pressure. That s why we bought a car straight away without any pillow talks .

PS: I am pretty happy about the price they offered at beginning, it s not like other dealers lift price to the sky and buyers and sellers start to bargain little by little. Cause I m not the person enjoy negotiating price. They would lose us if we felt we were going to be ripped off. Anyway, we had fun in there.

This place is a joke! After sending multiple email requests for a service booking, phone calls etc. I am still yet to hear from this dealership's service dept! The Dealer Principal needs to place foot ( with a steel cap boot) up the arse of the Service Manager and his team for their lack of any customer service. And I though the service dept. is the most profitable part of the dealership?
So they have lost my business as well as the 7 LDV fleet vehicles that are due for replacement this year!

If I could give a zero I would steer clear of these clowns they will take a deposit and not even have a car in stock,than try and contact good luck won t return calls I was told my finance was hard to do ,I gave up after about 4 weeks of chasing when they finally told me they don t have a car , this was a Tuesday afternoon called tynan motors same day they had a car finance was approved Wednesday afternoon picked car up Friday afternoon registered brand new on the road they should go down there and learn how to treat customers thanks for nothing.

Phoned up to see if I could get my car looked at as lights were showing on the dashboard. Went in the same morning, 2 hours later called (as estimated) explained everything and had test run the car. Only charged for the diagnosis and was on my way. Excellent service.

Three staff members stayed back to work on my car for hours after closing time to get me on my way. Thank you for your excellent customer service, I am ever grateful

My wife and I went into Crossroads Subaru to look at a Subaru Forester.
My first contact was Sales Consultant Kurt Albury, whom I found was very welcoming and friendly. Kurt showed me the entire Subaru range and I was amazed at his knowledge of Subaru vehicles. He listens and is very professional in his manner and knowledge.
I then met John, whom I found very welcoming and he helped discuss my trade in vehicle. After discussions with John I decided to purchase a Forester Premium.
Harrison Patrick who discussed comprehensive insurance offered by Subaru-Allianz. I was impressed and decided to take a policy with them.
Your staff including Kurt, John, Harrison, Glen Wilson, Rachael and Tara in Service all impressed us greatly with their friendliness and knowledge, and we look forward to a long and happy association with the Subaru dealership at Crossroads Glendale. I can honestly say that all your staff at the Glendale dealership are a great asset to your company.

All Service Staff were very friendly, made me feel welcome & clearly explained all aspects to me. They were able to take my new XV 1 day earlier than the scheduled date for a recall and at the same time offered to complete the 12,500km service within the same timeframe. Waiting area was suitable for me to work remotely with a mobile charge bar, water and coffee machines also accessible. The mechanics regularly utilized the filtered water in the waiting room and were all polite and friendly. The staff constantly kept me informed and asked if I needed any other assistance. My car was washed and and they walked me out upon completion to make sure everything was right & satisfactory. I had a brand new KIA prior to my Subaru and never did I receive the same level of service. So I am exceptionally happy with the Subaru service I have received from the initial sale through to my first service.

Fantastic place to buy a car. I would highly recommend Crossroads Suburu. The staff provide an all round service before and after the purchase of a car. Their communication is great - keeping you in the loop at all stages.

Why do they call their service department a service department? I have put up with them for several years and have finally had enough when I could not get through to book a routine service for my vehicle, the phone either rings out or you are directed to non existent on line booking system. Have taken my business to a local Subaru specialist and will never deal with X roads service department again.

WARNING FOR PEOPLE WHO GET THEIR CAR SERVICED AT CROSSROADS!!! I bought a new WRX STI in Nov 2015. I was shown the wrong model by the salesman, I was told it had 5 years unlimited km warranty before the sale but only received 3 years. I returned the car after 3 days due to a noise in the clutch. They had to remove the transmission to replace a defective part in the clutch. I told them I wouldn t have bought the car and asked for a replacement, but they told me that repair was the only option. They dented my car during the repair and they used gearbox oil not recommended by the manufacture which gave me shifting issues. I didn't know about the oil at the time but I kept complaining that gearbox wasnt right and it even started crunching. They just kept saying that no fault was found and changed the oil as a possible fix. This went only for years and they changed the oil six times and always with non recommended oils. They said that if I wanted anything else done, I would need to pay for it. Scott the service manager at the time thought that I was just a complainer and he didn t want to deal with me anymore. I had to take the car to someone else to get the recommended oil installed and it has made a HUGE difference. They admitted that the oils they use arent recommended by Subaru and they represent to customers that they do use recommended oils. They also said they use the oils to save the customer money because the stuff they use is $40 and the recommended oil is $120. l looked at my receipts and the capped service pricing and I didn't save any money. I would never want a cheaper oil over a better oil. I told them that I thought the gearbox would be damaged and they said they understand why I would think that, but are not offering any other solution other than than a 3 year extended warranty on the transmission that is not transferable if I sell the car. I notified Subaru Australia and they won't comment on the oils used or the price they charge customers. Crossroads say that Subaru Australia knows that they use the non recommended oils. I will not be buying another Subaru or any car from a dealership owned by AHG Newcastle. I would have been better off servicing the car myself. Worst experience ever! 0 stars

Very highly. They are very professional and explained things very clearly in regards to recent service to my car. Usually I wait there while the service is being done but this time I needed to be home as i had arranged solar panels to be installed on my roof and they organised for a taxi to take me home which i thought was fantastic.

Myself and the wife found a car we really liked, put a holding deposit down and went through the figures for financing the vehicle. 5 days later we had heard nothing so made a call asking to speak to the finance manager, was told on 3 separate occasions he was with other customers and would call me back, but never did. When I finally managed to get through to him I was told due to us having not been in the country long (having recently moved to Australia) he was struggling to get finance approval from one of their finance companies, but would try another and said he was confident we would be approved. That was the last we heard from them. We only found out days later by seeing the car go back up for sale on their website. I sent a polite email to say a phone call or email just to let us know would have been nice, and my bank details to refund our deposit, But have been ignored. We are still in the market for a Subaru and we will be trying again in 6 Months. Guess which Subaru garage we will not be going to!. Be careful leaving any holding deposits with this company, if the deal falls through you won t get it back!.

Tried to phone this afternoon 3.27 to enquire about the recall. No answer, left name and return phone number. At 4.10 tried again still no response. I'm not sure how they operate this business but it needs to be managed better. Customer service in any business is vital for returning customers.

I recently purchased a car with the team at Glendale Subaru. I can honestly say I was surprised with the high standard of service. I had been to another dealership in the area and my experience was quite the opposite. Callan helped to secure the car I wanted, in fact he went above and beyond to ensure I was a satisfied customer. I would recommend anyone who may be looking for a vehicle to call on these guys. They will work with you to get you what you want at the right price.

All the staff there were courteous and easy to deal. Could not do enough for us. The car was for Megan so the sales staff were very inclusive of her. They were easy to approach about any questions. Thoroughly recommend Crossroads Subaru for anyone looking to buy the amazing Subaru. We finally decided on the Subaru Forrester and had looked at Honda, Nissan and Mitsubishi and the Subaru came out on tops for the money by far.

My partner and I frequently enjoy road trips together, even more so now that the pandemic has restricted us to local and interstate travel.

We had spent some time researching reliable vehicles and finally set our hearts on a brand new Forester from Crossroads. We weren t disappointed.

From the service from the consultants to the lovely new car, we set off on our first road trip thoroughly delighted with our purchase. We intend to have many more delightful trips to the coast, wine regions, the bush and hiking trips.

I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a gorgeous new Subaru to visit Crossroads and have a chat to Kurt.
