I call to talk to my grandmother multiple times who had a stroke and am forwarded to the room, no one answers. I return to the desk where I am forwarded to the nursing station where they take care of my grandmother and am on the phone for roughly fifteen minutes. Then forwarded back to the main desk, then again to the nursing station where I am told an employee will be there to answer the phone. The call goes unanswered again.The total time I am on the phone is roughly thirty minutes and I still was unable to talk to her. I asked the main desk call administrator for the contact information of the Director of Nursing and the nurses working the station. After some hesitance he gave me the names I was inquiring. This was not the first time this had happened either, but the most recent.
