During COVID-19 family restrictions, I was not able to visit my mom from 03/12/20 through 06/18/20. She died on 06/19/20.
The staff was so wonderful to my mom caring for her in the absence of her family. They arranged face time calls, made sure her cell phone was always charged and ready to use. The nursing staff kept in touch with me when there were procedures done, reports, and when she needed her personal items.
The Activities Unit went above and beyond in helping me with facetime calls, delivering packages, and my moms cell phone.
The nursing staff and the aides made my mom feel like she was family when her real family could not see her.
Crofton Care is a great facility and have very caring staff
