Management at their daughter company Emcor is absolutely awful. Specifically Jeff Koehler the "Warehouse Operations Manager" It's not a bad place to work but the management ruins it. There is no oversight of Emcor from Crenlo and I don't think they really understand what is happening at Emcor. Many long time employees are fearful to speak out about this due to fear of being let go after decades of employment.

I've never heard of Crenlo before i went to a bar ...
I've never heard of Crenlo before i went to a bar in Winona a few days ago and there was a loud kid trying to start fights and bragging about how he made so much money at Crenlo and that everyone else was so dumb and that he was better than us. Im not sure that these are the people you want working for and representing your business. Not to say any names but i hardly believe he flys under the radar at work.
