Great card, card came in the mail super fast and application was easy. I would recommend this card to anyone looking to build cash back rewards, credit or just even for every day use!

This is a wonderful bank. It is an easy card to use and they even send you helpful suggestions and discounts to different things . I really like that I am a member of Costco and they suggested I get a membership there which I thought was great because Costco is a great place to shop.

The entire process from applying to receiving my card and speaking with customer service has all been amazing. I love my new PINK card and getting another for my husband was super easy. I highly recommend this Credit One Credit Card to everyone who's looking to rebuild credit or just need a backup credit card. Based on my experiences, I'd say GO FOR IT!!!

****Don't use this company**** (THE APR% GOES UP EVERY MONTH IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME CHECK YOU AGREEMENT DOCUMENTATION SEE FOR YOURSELF) with that being said you receive no special treatment; meaning perks or rewards or points going towards anything in general. I called and spoke to a representative customer service rep question about my APR going up every month they told me they understood my concerns I was on hold for over four hours waiting to speak to upper management supervisor in regards to my concerns comments and questions never spoke to anyone nothing was never done canceled my card and found much better opportunities and other financial institutions.

PLEASE BE WARNED. This Bank has charged me so many fraudulent charges that didn't belong to me. All of the activity for these purchases were from other IP addresses in other states not mine. The actual names of the people's receiving the delivery's are even listed. My name is even listed wrong as the payee. But the names of the people that made the actual purchases are clearly listed above the addresses that they were delivered to! The worst part is their customer service. Several hours will go by before you are transferred to sometimes up to 16 to 20 people all over the country and not one of them can problem solve anything you need no matter how urgent. The absolute worst Credit company I have ever come across in my 50 years. Scam artists for sure.

*UPDATE: I sent 4 $100 payments over four months. October November December and January they gave me no credit for these $100 payments and no explanation. These checks were cashed and deposited. They reported me to my credit agency for being 30 days late. The phone number that they keep telling people to call does not get in touch with anyone that can help you and they transfer you constantly all day long and it is never to someone who can help and when they do say that they are going to help they literally lie and say that they'll fix it but they do not. The next day someone else will tell you that that customer service agent should not have told you that they could fix that. I worked hard on my credit rating and now I have a flaw of 30 days overdue. Don't get scammed. Avoid Credit one Bank at all costs. They will ruin you.

I am very pleased with credit one bank,the experience was easy and I received my card within 2 weeks. They offer discounts to take advantage of,Great Experience.

I just want to say Thank you for giving me the opportunity to prove myself and build better credit moving forward. You guys are awesome. I'm a new credit card holder, so far so good. The annual fee of $75 totally caught me off guard....lol
All in all I will use my credit responsibly and will prove to many I'm very credible.
