We have been working with Credifixx Debt Collection Services for several years. Unfortunately, it is not common for every customer that the bill is paid (on time). Fortunately, we have a reliable partner at Credifixx that helps us to test the creditworthiness of (potential) customers, but also starts a debt collection procedure and, if necessary, organizes the process with the bailiff or even a judge.

Very strange collection agency that only seeks contact by phone and whats app. Very useful for elderly people, not so! A normal letter or reminder is apparently too much trouble. Already seen several times with clients in The Hague. No reminder from the vet after a high bill, but right this collection agency. We are looking for another vet ourselves, also refer all our clients to another.

Printerpro.nl has been working with credifixx as a permanent collection partner for a number of years and are very satisfied with the collaboration. Registering a case is easy, they approach our debtors in a neat way and are effective in collecting invoices. In other words they take a lot of work off our hands.
