I have been doing business with Creative Expressions for close to 10 years and cannot say enough about this wonderful team. I have used other embroidery and print shops all over the country for nearly 15 years and the others really can't compare to my experience here. I had a super-tight deadline on a t-shirt order and all I had to do was make a call and kindly explain my situation and they beyond accommodated me. Highly recommended.

Customer service was beyond terrible and I waited for a month before my order arrived. I had to initiate the emails over and over again to get them to respond and even then the replies we're short and unhelpful.

Dropped off my uniforms for simple embroidery. First they embroidered the wrong side and then never called back to inform me the pick up date. It had been a week and I was still told it needed another week to complete. Will not give them another job again.

I love this place! They have done so much work for...

I love this place! They have done so much work for us and are right on point every single time. I work closely with Katrina most of the time and she is awesome. Great customer service at this place! :)

Nice people, but in my experience they were unhelpful. I ordered some patches from them and was told they would be ready in two to three weeks. After three weeks they told me I'd need to wait another week. After that week passed they said I'd have to wait another week. After that week passed they told me to wait Another week again. I'm guessing this would have happened again, so I told them to just cancel my order, and they told me "no" haha. I responded that we could continue the order but I wasn't going to pay full-price for something that was arriving three weeks late. I guess they don't like giving discounts either because they finally agreed to cancel my order after this.

They dont keep their word. They dont follow through. Highly unprofessional. They try to nickel and dime everything with no communication. I have since transferred my business to another reputable company, but Creative Expressions still has a bad taste in my mouth. I wouldnt doubt if they doors shut in a few months due to the way they conduct business.

I wish I could give this zero stars.
This company has been the absolute worst that I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is abysmal. I would not recommend ever buying or attaching yourself to this label.
To begin with, even if you have a small order it'll take them at least a month for them to get it to you, even though the website says that most of their orders will ship within 7 to 10 working days. And of course, some of the products will be missing.
Do not expect any kind of current updates or tracking numbers.
The customer service woman that I had seemed to be new at her job since none of the questions I asked were ever answered. Any email I got as a reply was evasive and only kept saying the same thing, "I will send you the tracking number as soon as the product has been shipped."
After a month of asking where my things were I finally got the answer that she "believed" it had already been shipped.
They state, "Our focus is on quality, dependability and customer service," but I have seen none of that.
While the quality of my products was acceptable, I can definitely say they need to revisit that last part of their mission statement.
