After 10 weeks and $10,250 in payments, I was presented with what was described as a near-complete website build. During my review, I found that only 8 of approximately 36 customer-facing links routed correctly. The remaining links routed to incorrect categories, unrelated pages, placeholder templates, or incomplete sections of the site. Major business categories were missing or improperly configured, and the website was not in a commercially usable or launch-ready state. Communication throughout the project did not accurately reflect the condition of the build ultimately presented for review. When I requested a full refund due to the state of the deliverables and loss of confidence in the project, the request was denied. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
