I had to take my bus here. The women I dealt with was awesome. The man that was going to work on the windows did a great job. The shaking stopped. Very good place to go. They listen to your complaint and handle it. Thanks from the drive at the palms

Zero stars. We are 3hrs away and planned to purchase an RV from them. We prewired the full amount of the purchase the day before we went to get the rig, after being promised a final out the door price and certain value on our trade. We put out additional money to rent a Uhaul and hotel room for myself, mother, baby and dogs to stay in while my husband went to sign the deal because we are staying in our RV while my husband is working. Upon arrival, they tried to offer 3 grand lower for our trade, and had ordered and installed the wrong washer and dryer. The sales manger talked down to and insulted my husband. Once my husband said there would be no deal if they weren't going to honor the original quoted price and asked for his wire transfer to be refunded, they put him aside and helped other customers and made him wait an extended amount of time before processing the information for his refund, which we have to wait until next week to receive. They offered no remorse or apology for the situation. They have only been selling RVs since 2016, so it seems they don't really know about the RV business. We are going to buy an RV either way but they are the ones who lost out on a 59 thousand dollar cash sale over a 3 thousand dollar discrepancy. Don't expect to be a valued customer here.
