Disappointing Experience

I recently engaged with this company for a project requiring high-quality protein purification services. Unfortunately, I found their communication to be lacking. responses were often delayed and vague, which hindered the progress of my work. Additionally, the final product did not meet the expected standards, leaving me with considerable concerns about their attention to detail and quality control. Overall, my experience was below expectations, and I would not recommend their services based on what I encountered.
