I work here! I will proudly and quite happily share that this agency is top notch! We have fantastic supervisors, and "bosses" from the executive director to the maintenance staff. The clients are cared for in a loving, therapeutic atmosphere. If you ever have the desire to Foster kids, or work with them as they navigate Foster Care or Residential Treatment, check this Agency out. You will be glad you did.

As a client here this place is very bad place!!! Most of staff and the supervisers are very bad at what they do... Most of the houses are in bad shape.. staff quit because they are treated unfair by their managers!!!! I wouldn't recommend nobody to work here!!!

I currently work here and I love it! I believe every child, no matter their background, has the right to the help they need to rise to their full potential. These youth can be so much more than they can imagine and my goal at Creative Alternatives is to what I can to help these kids get there. Though it can sometimes be physically and emotionally demanding, this is an amazing and rewarding place to work!

As a neighbor living next to a Creative Alternativ...

As a neighbor living next to a Creative Alternatives Residential house, I can attest to how poorly supervised the children are and to how rude and incompetent the staff are. I've had boys urinate on my property and back talk when I've caught them. And when informing the staff of said action they seemed disinterested and irritated. I've had an egg thrown at my house. And the staff member nearly defended and excused the child. The children have thrown bricks, garbage and the like over the fence. I've found bags of garbage on my roof. The staff members inconsiderately park in front of other residential houses even when there's parking in front of their own property. And when asked to move the staff back talk and play games. If they are a business in a residential neighborhood why are staff allowed to park anywhere they want, disrupting the residents that live there? Having to ask permission to take your garbage cans out is absurd!
Other neighbors have had problems as well. One house was broken into and had property stolen. Property to be later found in the Creative Alternatives house. The staff have defended the children when they were taunting and harassing another neighbor by hitting her car with a basketball over and over again. Staff have back talked a concerned parent after a staff member drove fast and quickly pulled into the driveway while their daughter was walking on the sidewalk. The list goes on but you get the drift. Horrible lower level staff and oversight for already troubled children
