They have access to so many options and will help you find just the right location for your business. Everyone at cRc nationwide goes above and beyond to make you feel taken care of and provide the best service so you always feel like #1. I've worked with them for 8 years and have never been disappointed.

West is awesome! He helped me into an unbelievable lease agreement. Then through his persistence and knowledge of the commercial real estate market we were able to finally purchase our forever site for my transmission business. We are now literally living the dream! If you need help finding a lease space or commercial real estate CRC is your broker to call. West definitely put his clients before his commissions.

I have used CRC Nationwide for several years. West, Pat, Derek and Kellen have always been there to help me with a property or to simply answer a question. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking at purchasing or leasing a property.

West Haradin and Pat Barton are the worst real estate agents to deal with. They will verbally promise you that they will follow through their promises and make you feel at ease until you sign their contract. As soon as they have your signature on their contract, they will not answer your texts or calls or questions.
If by any luck, a deal is signed between you and your potential buyer/tenant, Haradin and Barton will forcefully take the money that they do not deserve and take more than what they promised and will left you hanging without any help.
They are the most dishonest agents. I highly recommend that you do not sign a contract with them or utilize any of their services. It does not matter if you get your and their lawyer involved to sign a modified contract; they'll tell you to sue them if you are not happy with their service and swear at you over the phone and hang up on you.
You just lose big amount of money and do not get the service that you paid for.
PLEASE do not waste your time, money, and energy on these people who are liars and treat you like a piece of trash.
There are plenty of honest and professional agents in Utah. Haradin and Barton are just the worst package deal you can get.

He is knowledgeable, honest, hard working and diligent in all aspects of the buying/selling process. West makes deals happen! Highly recommended.
