Adam Stern with Cravey Real Estate listed my vacation rental property in November 2018. Within the first week, the property was shown several times and we received the first offer and I accepted another offer within 2 weeks! The closing process went very smoothly as well. Adam provided excellent service and facilitated my property being shown promptly and always followed up with feedback. I would definitely recommend Adam to anyone looking for a commercial realtor. His attention to detail and customer service is impeccable!

Very disappointed with the services and lease agreement. They say one thing and would do another. It has completely put my business at risk of going out of business. Be careful with what they say to you and what is in writing. I would never recommend to do business with them if you can help it. It has been the most unprofessional and worst experience I have had in doing business for over 20 years. Their are better companies to work with.

Have been attempting to connect with the listing agent as I am searching for retail space. She hasn't returned phone calls, answered the initial phone call with "hello". Very unprofessional. I guess when you're the only show in town, service doesn't matter. So frustrating.
