Crane woodworking

The experience with this woodworking company was overall average. The website had a decent layout and was easy to navigate, but it lacked detailed information about their products and services. I was looking for specific woodworking pieces, but it was hard to find what I needed without contacting them directly. The quality of the products I received was satisfactory. The craftsmanship was good, but not exceptional. The furniture I ordered was sturdy and well-made, but it lacked that wow factor that I was hoping for. The customer service was average as well. They were responsive to my inquiries, but it took a bit longer than expected to get a response. The delivery was on time, but the packaging could have been better to prevent some minor damages during transit. Overall, this company provides decent woodworking products, but they could improve on providing more detailed information on their website and enhancing their customer service.
