I recommended a buddy to Crane Financial Group, because I have heard nothing but wonderful things about their practice. Not only did he say they exceeded his expectations, but they made him feel very confident and reduced the amount of stress that comes with a first time home buyer. I can't think them enough for treating someone that I know as a close friend like their own family. I will be recommending Crane Financial Group to all of my friends, and family in my personal network for any Mortgage related needs.

What seemed like an impossible task after the effects of a low appraisal Crain Financial somehow secured financing for our purchase of our new home on Camano Island. Despite how hard this job was they never stopped believing until the financing was in place. Everyone in the office were very professional using their knowledge of the mortgage market place to find the financing package that worked for us. Thank you Crane Financial!

Crane Loan was the most helpful company during the stressful time of buying a house. They walked me though everything that was needed and was patient when I messed up. I could not recommend a better company. Above and beyond what I expected.

Very happy I decided to work with Crane Financial Group. I contacted Brandon and told him that I wanted a rate on very short notice and he was able to get it turned around in record time. Not only did he get me a great rate everyone at Crane communicated throughout the process and even helped me sort out some other issues with my property tax paperwork. I can't recommend Crane enough, they're fast, communicative, always cheerful and hopeful. Like working with family!

The Bad:
-It took more than a week to inform us that our broker had left the company and ultimately we found out through other sources before they notified us. They failed to communicate an update on the status of our file considering the change in processing officer.
-Consistent errors in ALL communications both formal documentation and email communications.
-No transparency or status updates during the processing of our loan documentation unless WE proactively asked them.
-Answered our questions many times with simply "I don't know" without any indication they would look into the issue further

The Good:
-Successfully got our loan funded (1 star)
-Polite and friendly on the phone

I have used Kris to finance my own home and she is amazing. I send most of my clients to her because she can literally move mountains and make some of those most tricky transactions just happen for my clients. I couldn't be more happy to bring my clients to her and have them finally go "home"

We just bought our home February, 2019. We are first time home buyers and kris made the process so easy. She was super nice, took her time when explaining things to us, and gave us advice even though that wasn't really part of her job responsibilities. I would recommend her to anyone buying a home. Kris of Crane financial was wonderful to work with, she exceeded my expectations. Any time I had a question she was quick to answer and happy to do so. What I thought would be a scary process as a first time home owner she made to be simple and was there every step of the way. I decided to go to Crane when I read online she had over 30 years experience. I came on here to right a review so others can have a smooth loan process as well. I noticed recently there have been negative comments but they seemed generic with no explanation. Which makes me question the validity of them. I hope those comments don t deter others from using Crane Financial as they are true professionals filled with knowledge and expertise. I can say they truly are the reason I now own my first home.

My fiance and I began pursuing our dream of owning a home this last May. We ran into several roadblocks from other lenders who told us over and over we did not qualify for the programs we wanted (ex: USDA) or that our application had "issues". Towards the end of June, we were both pretty disappointed and frustrated.

Then, we stumbled across Crane Financial through a property listing/real estate agent we were interested in. Right off the bat, we felt comfortable with them and decided to move forward in purchasing our first home.

We closed on our BRAND NEW house on September 4th, 2015! We couldn't be happier and owe it all to the people at Crane Financial. They were prompt in answering all of our questions (and I had A LOT of questions!) and never made us feel dumb or discouraged. Of course, the process of buying a home is stressful, but Jamie and Deborah always made sure we knew what to expect and what they needed from us.

Since working with them, we have and will continue to recommend them to all of our friends!
