Awesome people .!! Chuck is the best if you need help with order and installation. He ordered metal roof ,did have no idea how to install it ourselves( to hire someone is so expensive ) Chuck to the help !!He even took a time coming to our cottage ,took a measurements, pictures and ordered everything what we needed. He even directed us to You tube to watch related videos. Thank you Chuck !!

I shop here a lot. They are always kind and courteous to everyone. They have clean bathrooms any time of the day for all to use. The best thing is that they always have what I need and if they don't they will get it for me. Today was painting supplies for exterior use. They carry a wide assortment from beginner brushes to professional ones and they carry little covers to keep your brushes in good condition after use. Shopping here is a pleasure not like the larger stores where I have to ask numerous times where I can find things. All their sale reps walk around with big smiles no grumpy people here. From paint to brushes, sandpaper, you name it they care about you and are eager to offer suggestions, and that's rare in these days and times. This is why I shop local.

I bought a door at Cramers in December 2017, with the intention to have a handyman install it for me. My handyman postponed the work,so I decided to use Cramer's. Cramers sent out their employee to measure the front and side doors, and informed us that the first door we purchased with them was the incorrect size. I was informed by the Cramers employee that we would not be able to use the door we purchased because the doors we would need would have to be custom made. I asked if it would be an issue to return the doors considering they were never even taken out of the packaging,the employee spoke with the manager and he told us that the return is over 90 days so they cannot help us!( it doesn't state the 90 day policy anywhere on the receipt) I went to the Cramers location in East Stroudsburg to speak with the Manager Craig to resolve the issue in a fair way, his staff informed him of our issue and that we'd like to speak with him, the employee came back to tell us he is unable to speak with us because he is at the grill having a hamburger! I made the decision to use Cramers because I try to support a smaller business, however in this case I would recommend Home Depot or Loews who would respect their customers, and come up with a solution.

Great store that has survived the test of timr.Still a very small town feel with a selection of merchandise as a huge hardware store.Always friendly and knowledgeable help.

The staff are very courteous. They even suggest other options if they don't carry the item you were looking for. I always come here first. It's clean through out the store. They have handicap parking and entrances. A fantastic place to shop and it's local.

Great place for hardware & lumber plus more. Nice people, helpful too!

My favorite place to get lumber, home repair supplies and tools. The staff here is super-knowledgeable, the quality is exceptional and the prices are comparable to the big box stores.

They have just about everything an average DIYer would need. People are friendly and knowledgeable and prices are comparable to the big box stores. Only drawback is they are closed Sundays and no late hours Saturday.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of what they're doing. A gentleman fixed my chainsaw right there on the spot and it's as good as new .

Our local lumber yard, hardware store and so much more! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. It's nice to walk in and see familiar faces that are willing to help and share knowledge. :) Thanks to all who have helped me and continue to help! See you soon...

The ENTIRE staff at Kramers as well as their Contractors are all wonderful!! They have beat the big stores on several occasions and they are down to earth knowledgeable and friendly. I have stopped going to other places because on the rare occasion they were a bit more it was by a couple dollars and the treatment I got from the staff was well worth it. I was never left wandering or wondering! Everything from shingles and roofing contractors to Patio door purchase with installation to chainsaw needs. Don't waste your time elsewhere just come here.

Excellent work, we are very happy with our kitchen Makeover, Jeff came down to look at our kitchen and he was discussing different layouts . He was very professional in designing our kitchen. We had all the estimates in a few days and we met with him at the Stroudsburg store to pick out the cabinets. His knowledge of the design of the cabinets and wood was very helpful with us.
He worked with us and was never in a rush and took his time in explained how each Cabinet worked and where to place the different ones to get the most space that we were looking for. We were very impressed with Jeff and his willingness to please the customer in making a makeover so much easier for us.He is an asset to your company and we look forward to working with him again.
Ron was the contractor that did the installation of all the cabinets. My first impression of Ron was very good in the way he described what he was doing and taking his time in the installation.He is a very meticulous in his workmanship. He was always polite friendly and respectful which we all liked about him. We are very pleased with the outcome of our new kitchen . We are getting compliments from all our friends on the fine work that he did..We are very happy we chose your company for our kitchen makeover.

I bought 6 bundles of black shingles from them, they weren't in there packaging when I received them, unfortunately I didn't see it as a big deal, my customer requested a different color, when I took them back the manager said he couldn't take them because they weren't in there packaging, which is how I received them, so I had to take the hit on 4 bundles, buyer beware ar cramers, nice guy finishes last with these guys

I've visited this store in the past but they've really stepped up their customer service game in 2019!

Just received delivery of new snow blower and 2 ton of pellets.
