I looked for many cars in my price range and finally found one at Craig and Landreth on Shelbyville Rd. I called and talked to Zack to ensure the car was there still and went to the dealer to test drive the car. Brian was my salesman and was very courteous and knowledgeable. They have to learn that when putting a car up for sale, it must have gone through a quality control and repair things that have problems when being sold, that is called professionalism and maintaining a good reputation, they know what I mean, Of course I am not in their database, because my friend was the one who bought the car from them and this comment is because I am a witness of the inconvenience caused.

Scott, Freddie, and Manager Richard were all fantastic. We had been looking at minivans for several months. One popped up at their Clarkesville store that peaked our interest, so we took a Saturday drive over to check it out. We had ZERO intentions on buying a car that day. There was something about the sales rep Scott that was completely soothing. You didn't get the stereotypical " used car salesman" vibe. It was like talking to your dad. We test drove a couple vans with no pressure. Once we decided to explore a possible purchase, we met with the manager Richard shortly after. I got a great vibe from him as well, so the discussion continued. Their pricing was already under market but they came down even further to make the deal work. I have never had a better experience when purchasing a car. If you're in the market for a new car, please give them a shot. You wont be disappointed.

Car lots tend to forget that they are providing a service and you dont HAVE to buy from them. This lot, on the other hand, makes it very apparent that the customer and service the customer receives is of the upmost importance! James (so was the rest of the team) was an incredible salesman who, as soon as my feet hit the lot, was warm and made me feel like I was a part of the family. He didnt leave my side unless I said so and he made sure I was happy with every decision I was making. They sold me an incredible car for an unbeatable price! I was prepared to pay $12,999 for the car and when it came down to it, they voluntarily let it go for $10,000 on the road! I didnt even have to haggle!
Overall incredible place! I will never buy a car from anyone again other than Craig & Landreth. Thank you all for making a very stressful and big decision an easy one!

Ok where do we start here, let me first say that Craig and Landreth's dealership is an amazing experience. Matt and the owner Joey went above and beyond to help me find my dream truck. Customer service was absolutely through the roof, and I was treated like a king. Tell Joey what your looking for and he will find it hands down. No gimmicks, no trying to get you into something you dont really want just to make a sale. He puts in time and effort to make sure YOU the customer are getting what you want, he did just that for me. I worked with Justin and Darren to buy my 2013 Fiat. Honestly, Darren was lovely, but it seemed that I couldn t get an answer on anything unless I spoke with him, so I m not sure what value Justin added at all to the sale even though his name was on all my paperwork. I received the car via freight delivery at midnight on the date it was due to arrive. It was covered with grease on the inside, stained the fabric, and had less than a quarter tank of gas even though I was charged $30 on my contract for a gas fee. When I tried to follow up with Justin regarding this, he apologized and said he would have a check out to me the next day. Darren also followed up and said he would speak to the delivery company about reimbursing me for the interior detailing that needed to be done on the car. The first time I put gas in the vehicle, I realized there was something wrong when I could not fill the tank. I took it into be serviced and they had to replace the charcoal canister, esim filter and fuel funnel. All could have been avoided if the dealership checked the engine appropriately and put gas in the car as promised. I never heard anything after that and have been following up with the dealership for weeks now, trying to get answers and my paperwork so I can, at the VERY least, register my vehicle in my state. I have to say I feel like as soon as my check was cashed, the care and service went out the window and I m so disappointed, it has ruined the car for me. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

We purchased an SUV from Craig and Landreth and have also had service work done for both of our vehicles. They went above and beyond on both the purchase and the service work. I would highly recommend them for all your needs! Wonderful company!

They re amazing. Jake and Brandon worked with. I already knew this is what I wanted for a car. They made sure to explain everything in it, they worked with my bank, they had tremendous amount of patience for the day and were so welcoming I felt like I was with friends. The atmosphere, the people and the vehicle selection put this place above so many others. I know when a car purchase comes up again this is where I m going.

The advertising online said that the Cadillac CTS I was looking at was 11,944 which is fair but once you get into negotiations it s actually 13,100 but supposedly he wrote down the wrong number. Once this is pointed out he goes down to 12,944 and the only way to get the advertised price is to trade in and finance even if you have cash ready and willing to pay the 11,944 in cash right then they won t take it. They scam and false advertise all their cars.

I have purchased from Craig and Landreth many times over the years because the quality of vehicle I get for the money is simply unmatched in the used car market. Beyond that, Andy Hall, Joey Craig, and Larry Craig do whatever it takes to make the buying process simple and stress free. You can tell they train their employees to stick to the Craig and Landreth way of a customer first mentality. What a breath of fresh air, coming from New York where dealers are always stuck up and difficult to deal with it was a great experience to reach out to Craig and Landreth and speak with actual decent human beings. I reached out regarding a car they had for sale and was lucky enough to get in touch with Harold. He texted me in detail answering all of my questions and actually took my inquiry seriously even though I was just a customer from out of state asking questions. We had a deal negotiated when my trade in was involved in an accident before Imit went on its way over to C&L. The entire dealership was more than understanding while we dealt with insurance holding the car with a deposit. I commend the dealer for answering all of my questions and keeping me as up to date as possible Luckily everything worked out and my nee purchase is on the way! Very proffssional dealership, none of the typical used car BS . Scott was our sales representative, the first car I called him on was sold but he said he would let me know if anything came in. And, yes he did, he found us the 2015 Corvette we were looking for and thanks to Richard we were able to put the deal together. Drove 4 hours to pick up the car and it was just as described. Very pleased with our car. Thanks to Scott, Richard and the rest of the dealership for a very pleasant experience.

Hard to get on the phone to answer questions, the 110 inspection score on my 2014 dodge Avenger gets put into the shop service department only 2 weeks after I signed for the key, then they forget to put air properly in my new tires I got from them. Get the car back after 2 more days of service, then just one month after signing for the car my engine blows up cause they wouldnt listen when I told them the 2nd time of servicing that theres still something wrong with my engine cause my RPMs' wasnt not shifting properly didnt want to listen. Now it has taken an inspector 4 days to make it to my car mean while I cant get a rental because everyone is waiting on an inspector that won't show up. Take your money somewhere more organized and with faster responses for customer service everyone deserves.

We purchased our Dodge Caravan from here in May. Ramsey and his manager are amazing! We browsed around several dealerships all over Louisville for about 3 years. Craig and Landreth did not give us the run around. They listened to my requests and stayed in communication with me. Now it is 3 months later and I am still in contact with my sales man Ramsey!

The further down the road I get from this purchase the more I despise this place, bought a very nice car from this place, a 2016 with only 4400 miles on it, I just found out they never even bothered to change the oil in it before putting it on the lot, not to mention the late fees and penalties I had to pay at the BMV because they sent the paperwork a month and a half late, that wasn't even correct when I got there, cost me over 300 more at the motor vehicles, and for all I know, it's the same oil as it originally came with, then when I contact the salesman, he's says "well, that's above my pay grade, and we're under new management so that's the way it goes," I love my car, its properly taken care of now, but they will never see my business again, and anyone who asks, I'll tell them to steer clear of them.

Let me start off by say that JOHN TANDY is the man! If you looking for a car check him and the Craig and Landreth staff out! This was a out of state deal and they made it a smooth and easy process! Communication throughout the process was great. John even sent me paperwork my credit union needed on his day off to get the deal done as soon as possible. John also sent me added pictures and videos of car so I knew the car inside and out, and what it sounded like! After the deal was done John called to check on the car, and to make sure I was still happy with my purchase. I also recieved a Brand new key fob in the mail, which I wasn't expecting. Posted my car for sale on Facebook, one of their salesman messaged me about and never said anything about him being a salesman at the dealership so when I met him for him to look at it he sent me to the dealership and then proceeded to bring me to his desk and fill out paper work which I never said anything about the whole time I thought HE wanted to buy it but he was just trying to trap me into one of their cars so I m sitting there for over 2 hours while the mechanic and another teenager (lot porter) took it out for a joyride without my consent wasting half a tank of gas and when I got it back it was a mess and he kept trying to convince me to buy one of their bmws and only offer me a fraction of what the car was worth and what I was asking I ve never felt so disrespected 0/10 these guys are a joke and have no respect for people all they care about is making a sale to get paid. NEVER AGAIN. I will never recommend them to anyone waste of time and damaged my car.

This is the second car we bought from Craig and Landreth. They have a nice selection a fair price and decent financing. They salesman let you take your time and don t hassle you, that s kind of a big deal for us. Will probably go back again once we are ready to buy a car again.
