I used Store First storage facilities recently when I was moving home and needed storage for a few months. The staff were really helpful and friendly and made the whole process really smooth. The storage facilities had everything I needed and it was really affordable too. I would definitely recommend Store First to others. Thanks a lot!

Clean, functional and very reasonably priced self storage. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Good storage facility, just a little pricey! Would be good if they gave discount's to people that already had their kit in storage and wanted to move to a smaller unit also better lighting in the smaller units too, but you do get by.

Absolute disgusting service by Staff. After renting the unit for one month they send me a reminder to tell me I need to make a payment or I will lose access to the unit till the payment has been made
I spoke with a member of staff and explained I was not aware of this policy as I was told when I first took the unit there is a pay-as-you-go system however that wasn t the case, with no success I explained, I will be in on my day off and update the payment. At no point in the telephone conversation was mentioned I will occur a late payment charge if I come on my day off to make the payment. I then receive an email with the invoice for late payment charge which I disputed and it was not overturned. I then make the late payment charge and on the same day I go to the unit to retrieve one of my personal belongings and there is a padlock on the unit not allowing me access! Very disappointed. There is a 24-hour emergency number available to call which I called 12 times no one answered... if you do rent a unit please read the terms and conditions and make sure you fully understand the payment method before you commit.

Very competitive price, the added bonus of the free hire of a board room. Was a big selling point for me. Unfortunately there are for a max 10 if this could increase this would be a better option

Used the website to get an idea of storage costs because I may have to potentially use some storage in the near future.

Naturally I now get multiple calls just to check I haven't forgotten that I might potentially need storage.

I have dealt with Lewis at the Manchester branch, several times he has been very helpful throughout the process of selecting the size of the unit, a free collection was an added bonus, all the staff are warm and friendly on the occasions I have popped in, the facilities are always nice and clean too. I would happily recommend.

the best option for me, no deposit, no hidden costs (somewhere I already wanted to sign a contract because the price already fits, and finally the woman doubles the price, saying that I have to have insurance. days used and the cheapest according to my search

Free pickup of your things for storage and friendly and helpful staff

I am not one for posting reviews, but having had a need to put some of my possessions in storage for a short time, I have nothing but good things to say about Store First in Manchester.

The price was clear, affordable and (unlike another storage company nearby) without any hidden 'extras'.

Kat showed me my reserved unit, and a smaller one if needed and the whole process, including legalities, paperwork access arrangements etc was explained clearly and, importantly without any fuss or adding to an already stressful situation.

I couldn't be happier with the whole situation. Full marks, thanks very much.

Staff are friendly and professional. I dropped my bowtie (back tie dinner thing) whilst accessing my lockup. The staff reviewed the camera feed and figured out who I was. Then gave me a call to tell me to come and collect it! First class! Would have looked a right numpty rocking up to a black tie dinner without a black tie. Thank you!
