Perhaps they don't exactly hire the most courteous of employees or they might even condone discourteous behavior?
I was literally pushed out my lane by one of their trucks, this morning in Olive Branch, MS. The driver forcefully merged into my lane (right lane) during rush-hour on a 55mph road, forcing me to change lanes, and then subsequently forced his way in between traffic behind me! The attached pic shows him "crawling" into the lane as I'm changing lanes at about 58mph (bear in mind that dash-cams always have an inherent [built-in] zoom which shows objects much further than they really are)
I don't know if CPI's truck drivers are employees or contractors but this driver's road-etiquette does not flatter the company AT ALL!!! Perhaps he's oblivious of the fact that he represents his company and his employer, hmm?
I don't know if it is by design, but there is no contact information for the company on their trucks (like, "how's my driving", etc.), nor their website?! I hope this is not common behavior for all their truck drivers?

Very happy and helpful staff who go above and beyond for me. Be sure to ask about getting price matching on any products you are looking for. A plus for customer service!

BAIT & SWITCH at it's finest. Lure you in with a few low prices, meanwhile they jack everything else up. They bribe people with gift cards so they won't speak up to their bosses because they know they will get fired if they find out they are over-spending just to get free stuff.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I work for a small company and we have 2 inkjet printers, so we order a few of each toner and drum at one time to save on shipping costs. We used CPI One Point for our most recent order and have had nothing but problems. First, I was told it would all arrive within a couple of days, which ended up coming in one at a time over a span of a couple of weeks. Also out of all the toner and drum cartridges that we ordered, there were more of them did NOT work than ones that did! When I spoke to them about returning the unused, unopened toners and drums, I was told that since they were ordered more than 30 days ago that they would not refund or replace them. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!

Great company to do business with! I've worked with Kevin Morris for almost 2 years and have absolutely NO complaints. He is responsive and HONEST. Ninety-nine percent of the time the pricing he quotes me is much better than any other place we can order through. If there is the occasional item that he cannot meet or beat pricing on he will tell me up front. Honesty in a company and a sales person is very important to me and I know when Kevin gives me a price, it's the price I will pay, no bait and switch, no quote expiration, just the honest price. Since we began with CPI, our company has doubled in size and they have been able to keep up with our ever changing demands. When we began with CPI we were only ordering office supplies, but because of the great products and SERVICE we are now ordering everything possible through them. They not only supply our general office supplies (for a building with 240 employees), they also supply ALL of our shipping bags and boxes, ALL of our cleaning supplies and paper items and ALL of our company apparel. Their next day FREE delivery is great. We've never had an issue with getting our products the next day. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend CPI and Kevin Morris!

Whoever said that CPI wouldn't accept returned merchandise is wrong. They have a 365 day return policy on unopened merchandise. Anyway, love this company. Treat employees well and provide a great atmosphere. Products are priced well plus they have a price match guarantee, so you can ask your rep to match a price you saw somewhere else. Highly recommend.

Gary is my representative and he's unfailingly cheerful, helpful and goes the extra mile for me. Besides getting great price matching on tons of products we use at Interprise Design, we get great delivery service too! I've had lots of other companies wanting my business--I'm staying with CPI because they give me the kind of customer service I enjoy.
