I just started here and 99 percent of the people treat me like family and helped me to learn my Job sticky after two days I work alone and get it done rIght. I plan to stay at CDC for a long time. A+.
Clean room employees don't follow work instructions. The hmong women in the clean room gossip all the time. 1st shift lead and trainer are a joke. I was there as a temp but left right away, never treated equally.
Best place I have ever worked! Strong growth, exciting environment, lots of fun company events and the management truly cares for their employees. This is a great place to be and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to work here!!!
If you are not Hmong or friends with the clean room 1st shift lead then don't even bother to work here. The lead and supervisor favor certain people and don't care about what others have to say. Everyone who works there thinks the same, place is trash.
I've been here for about 3 years now, and I've really enjoy being here. The employees are great if you learn fast and work hard. I've read some of the reviews, and believe that it really depends on your position, location, who's your trainer, and your attitude. I had a great trainer when I first started so it really just took me a week to learn everything; from testing, visual inspections to pre-assembly. I hope this was useful.
CPC, a Dover company, provided a very nice welcome when I came on-board, the management keeps you informed with new hire talent with announcements. The way employee concerns are addressed is admirable, and having new opportunities including tuition allowances for continuing education is certainly encouraging. We set goals and it s pretty much up to you if you want to excel here, human resources team is open to suggestions and questions, our town hall meetings are informational and motivating as well.
These company is very racist and they dont wana u work. They discriminate,their employes based on their religion and colour. Dont work there!! They dont train peoples and worst supervisors!!
Phillip the supervisor and all the line lead dont want you to work. They sabotage you all chance they get. They dont respect you religion. All the employed love to gossip. Do not work for this companies. Do not do business with this companies unless you condon this behavior also. The temp agency indrotec dont do nothinh when you tell them. Thats why so many people have quit. They will show true colors in a week or less. They dont act the same for long. More employee will come out and you guys will have many many not good review. Everyone true colors come out at the job. They dont train you properly and want you to know everything. I will be looking to take further action. Very racist people.
