I worked for CP Industries for a year and a half and it was a joke. Minimum wage for a job that uses highly dangerous and corrosive materials. Bill Martin is one of the most unprofessional people I've met and only hears ONE side....and that's management. Apparently it's ok for the plant manager to harrass, bully and insult employees, and TELL them "if you're not happy and don't smile, I will fire you". Dont get me started!!! The absolute worst place to work....and I was the employee who put out the MOST NUMBERS/PRODUCT CONSISTANTLY!!!

CP Industries has been producing antiseptic hand sanitizer for the Covid pandemic and I was over joyed to find this product 6 weeks into the pandemic with zero availability to the general public at the grocery store. Thank you CP Industries for making this available and supplying our local front line workers. It's a very basic product, not full of scents and for a hand sanitizer that has a present odor of alcohol it does not dry my hands out like the products produced by the big suppliers. I really like and appreciate this product!

I worked for the company and quit due to lack of leadership, respect and customer service. They falsified my ROE and said I was fired even though I quit. Bill Martin refused to return my calls or emails. Highly unprofessional!
