We love Cozy s! We discovered this quaint brunch location a few weeks and have since made it a regular place to visit. The food is amazingly delicious. I ve had the Croque Monsieur which has been really great every time. My husband has gotten more of a variety and he has enjoyed every plate he s ordered. They also have kid-friendly options that even my picky 2-year-old will eat! It s such a quaint location and the food is elevated and classic. Could not recommend this place more!
We were just looking for a breakfast spot and found this place. We loved it. Great atmosphere and food.
Serviceably tasty comfort foods in an atmosphere that is... well, cozy. I've only been there for breakfast, but I got to order some very good onion rings, and that special favor counts a lot for me.
Great service, quick and efficient, but confusing as to who your server is. I had 4 people from the beginning to the end. The gentleman that took my order, was nowhere to be seen following that. Still good experience all around.
The best family restaurant in the Downtown OP area. Fantastic food, outstanding service. Quiet, friendly and clean.
Love this little cafe. Always good food and great coffee.
Definitely a place I look forward to enjoying again. Lovely mix of upscale vibe in the restaurant and menu with a relaxed and accommodating atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed the Rustic Breakfast Tartine, but my mouth was watering as I saw plates of huge pancakes and French toast go by! Some nice vegetarian options, sweet and savory. Open space that can accommodate larger groups.
Came for the pancakes. Stayed for the tartine. Delicious!
Tremendous food and service. Not sure what else you can ask for.
I had dinner there for the first time tonight and it was absolutely wonderful. It might have been the best lasagna I have ever eaten. The staff impressed me even more than the food, everything was top notch. Will definitely be back when I am in town again!
Wow! Atmosphere is great. Prices are reasonable. But the food, the food is so deee-licious. The Eggs Benedict is so good, that now I can't eat it anywhere else. Beware, could be habit-forming.
Have you eaten there several times today hours are great meals at great prices a very hospitable waitresses
A cross between an intimate dining area and a comfy corner bistro, the cafe is marvelous. The staff are there to greet and wish you farewell. The food, yum! I'll definitely go again just based on the welcoming atmosphere it had.
Food is always great and all them employee are super friendly
Great place to be with your friends or family. Nice food, friendly & quick service.
Friendly staff and the Norwegian Benedict was scrumptious.
Great spot on 75th street to meet friends for a delicious well-priced lunch.
Fancier than I though but really chill. Really good french fries. The blueberries weren't even soud
Friendly and attentive service/owner.Food & dessert was great. Will definitely come back here.
Had a wonderful experience at Cozy's Kitchen. Not only was the meal delicious and the service friendly, but the atmosphere inside the restaurant lived up to its name, a delightful, cozy space to enjoy a meal with friends.
A great place for breakfast or lunch. An Overland Park institution.
Cozy's Cafe is the
HIDDEN GEM in Johnson County for delicious food! Everything is made from scratch. You sometimes taste the "memories" of past LARGE FAMILY POTLUCKS, where everyone brought their BEST and most VALUED dishes for everyone to eat. Consummate attention to dishes that will delight your appetite. Cozy's service will also make you feel like you are in their home, not a restaurant, thus the name Cozy's, is absolutely appropriate. 5 stars!
Clean, friendly, home made desserts and a great menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Wonderful food and service!! Every time I am in Overland Park. I make a point to eat here!
Nope. Can't do it. The omlete was gas and hash browns were good. French toast horrid and cold and had to ask to be reheated.
I love the food here. Yes the table edges are 6ft apart, the staff are wearing masks. Every customer had their masks off the second they were in the door. Masks off the entire time they were seated, even with no food. I've never seen a place so packed full since covid-19 started. If you think it's a conspiracy, this is the place for you, spread the love!
My experience may have been soured by my company, the food is ambitious but can miss a bit and at the time, they were busy so service was slow. I may have had a bad day, they seem like lovely people.
Small establishment, good food, fast service, only thing I didn't like was every plate/cup we had gotten had a chip out of it. I'm sure we just got unlucky but one edge was sharp on my plate which caught me off guard. I will still go back food was fantastic.
Received water and menus, but sat watching the waiter hand out checks, take other orders so we walked out!
It's a very nice place , great food, atmosphere is relaxing, friendly staff who are welling to answer your questions . Great prices!!!
I have passed this restaurant many times, the inside is surprisingly nice and the food was to die for! I can t believe I ve never heard of this place before, but I definitely lucked out happening in there when I did and think I might have found a new favourite
One of my favorite places to eat breakfast. Family run and cozy and delicious.
Overpriced. Wait staff was rude. At least 8 if not 10 people working and about 5 tables of customers. Had to track down a waitress to get a refill on my 6 ounce coffee cup and she seemed put out. Food was mediocre. Biscuits and gravy seemed like they came out of a roll at the grocery store and a packet of gravy mix. Waitress who took our credit card brought it back and tossed it on the table beside me and walked away. No Thank You, no Have A Nice Day, no Come Again. What happen to common courtesy? Go somewhere else!
Great service, quick and yummy food, and the atmosphere feels like a quaint bistro somewhere far away!
You can always find an excellent breakfast here. Lunch options looks just as good!
Very good food, but I think they were a bit harried today. Maybe short a server. Still, a good experience for the three of us.
They were probably just having an off day but this was our first experience with this restaurant. We were hopeful. The coffee was bitter, the hash browns were overcooked to potato chips and extremely greasy and had zero taste. I also saw one of the staff rearrange fruit cups with her ungloved hands. Bottom line won't be returning.
Came to Cozy's for breakfast and it was delicious. I had the prosciutto breakfast sandwich, which was very good. Also had a pumpkin pancake. It was huge and I could barely make it through half of it, but the half I did make it through was yummy. Coffee was good, too, and never had to wait for a refill. I highly recommend the cozy atmosphere and comfort food at Cozy's Cafe.
This restaurant is a hidden gem and highly recommend you seek it out.
I would eat here everyday!! Everything is so fresh and the flavors are amazing!
At the first moment you arrive in that place the stuff gives you a pleasant feeling. Very congenial waiters, it is a good place to pass time with your friends or with your date. enjoyable cooking, creative chef de cuisine, competitive price and courteous service. Highly recommended.
Great breakfast spot with delicious food and awesome service.
Met friends for late lunch and was not dissapointed. Good food, friendly service. Only downside was it was a bit chilly in there otherwise we would have stayed for dessert.
Such a cute place with fabulous food. Breakfast is our favorite
Delicious food and great service! The owners husband was very nice. Definitely will come back again!
Really good breakfast. A little pricey but worth it.
Staff are not very friendly. I got a to go order. Pancake combo and biscuits and gravy. No butter. No syrup. I will just keep going to village inn. It's a lot better.
Went here for brunch after driving past many times. Great food and service in a family run cafe. Not the cheapest prices, but the amount of food is good. The hardest part of the restaurant is turning at the right time to get to it.
We definitely want to return for dinner sometime.
Pancakes and French toast took over 25 mins and cafe wasn't packed. A couple next to us got their food in 10 mins. Saw one waitress eating and putting fingers in her mouth 4 times while on the line, as well as, handling fruit with her bare hands. My pancake was over cooked, the bacon too.
We love this place, and tend to choose Cozy's for special occasions. Food is gourmet (and prices reasonable!), the atmosphere is warm and comfy, and the staff is extremely friendly.
We happened upon this place looking for a quick Sat. Breakfast. We were served and eating within 15 minutes! Ordered biscuits and gravy, nutella crepes, and avocado croissant sandwich. All were very delicious. Crepes were large, my son could not finish them. Perfectly cooked! Fresh greens and avocado on the sandwich. Good coffee!
I went to the jewelry store in the building next to this place. I've never set foot in it so it would be unfair of me to rate it. Blame Google for having too wide of a range on its location app. Jeeze
I ordered a chocolate pie and crepes for takeout on mother's day and could not have been happier. Delicious, fresh, neatly packaged. So good!
Not bad, didn't appreciate the man bun waiter with dirty fingernails and no hairnet.
One of the best lasagnas I have ever had! It's our first time here, but we will be back!
Friendly staff, great food selection and taste, all in a small clean environment.
Breakfast all day! One person had a sandwich, one a breakfast and one an entree. Everyone was satisfied with their food. We came in just before closing at 7:30. They had no decaffeinated coffee left and didn't want to make any. Didn't want to make anything using the the grill as it was already clean. But everything else was great.
We absolutely love Cozy's! Always a pleasant experience and the Best Food! She knows us so well that she knows what we want before we order it. If you're too full to eat pie there, take it home for later. You must try Cozy's!
Great little nook in KC! Went for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised. Very cozy indeed; a little pricey - $30 for breakfast for my wife and I was a little more than I was prepared for, but good food and awesome service!
This is a great little place for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. My wife had the Quiche with a salad and I had the Lamb Burger with a Fresh made Bun and with Home made French Fries. Both were delicious. I will be back to try some of their other menu items.
the Eggs Benedict is my favorite but I stretched myself ( ;) ) and tried the chicken salad..... WOW! AWESOME. that was the BEST chicken salad I have had anywhere! Thank you for being there!
Amazing pancakes and Cozy was very nice to visit with for our first time there
Delicious food! Quick to be served and very friendly atmosphere. Have been at Cozy's before and will return.
The service and food was great! The atmosphere was clean and quaint!
Their menu has a nice variety!
I definitely would recommend if you find yourself in Overland Park, KS.
Great breakfast, and the blueberry pancakes were amazing. I'll definitely be back for more breakfast. Lunch too one day, haven't tried the lunch menu yet, I'm sure it is excellent also
I can make a hell of a breakfast but there is amazing!
