As in the movie... A lot smaller though. Other than that, as in the movie. A lot of fun, especially on weekends.

Ordered a shot of supposed grey goose got a shot of rubbing alcohol! And the bartenders aren't that impressive...

Friendly happy staff and good drink specials and prices! And well...women dancing on bars is always fun to watch especially with the skilled bartenders' dancing!

We stopped for the curiosity of the movie to have a drink, it looks like an antro, the waitress who treated us was very nice, the price of beer and shots was cheap, I came back with the feeling of being a bar where they spend nights Memorable alcohol

The bartender seemed friendly and the place was a regular bar where a woman/women happen to dance on the bar on occasion. It was a smaller place than I expected but then again I'm sure they are tired of being compared to that movie.

Good place to precopear, have a good atmosphere. The drinks have a reasonable cost for it is located in Manhattan. It is part of one of the sites visited by the PUB CRAWL NYC. There are many promotions depending on the day.

Like everyone who saw the movie 'Coyote Ugly', I wanted to go to this bar.
When I entered, I was slightly disappointed to see the reality of this place. It was less animated than in the movie

So fun!!! My cousin and I watched this movie growing up and so we fulfilled our wild selves and danced on the bar!!! The music was awesome. I've always wanted to dance to rob zombie at a bar.. we had a great time. The bouncer Kevin is super freaking awesome as well. Very much recommended!!

And this is famous Coyote Ugly from the movie?! This place is small and kinda borring. Coyote Ugly in Saint-petesburg Russia is 5 times bigger and 10 times more fun! Dinks not that great also. Giving 3 stars just because I love Russian Coyote Ugly

We liked it and we had fun, but the place is quite simple and easygoing, so much so that the Cosmopolitan was served to us in beer glasses (we didn't like this), also sometimes full glass and sometimes not . The 4 stars because they are nice and made us spend a fun evening.

It was an awesome night with awesome drinks with awesome ladies Thursday nights are ladies night so a beer Budweiser beer would be about $3 a shot at about 7. The ladies are so funny and they definitely try to get you up on that bar table so be prepared

The moment I walked in the bouncer was super rude. I guess it is because I look very young. Anyways I would not come here again. Plenty of other great bars in NYC that aren't as dark and wild.

Such a fun time, had a blast dancing on the bar with the awesome bartenders! Service was exceptional and fun, a one of a kind bar!

A total disappointment. Me and my wife tried to attend Coyote Ugly today, we were anxious to get to know the place ... a shame we were treated so poorly by the security at the entrance, which was totally rude and uneducated. I do not know if the security man realized that we were foreigners by our accent, but the fact is that he was not at all polite and had no patience to talk to us, he was totally rude and would not let us finish a single sentence without answer us harshly. It was even worse when he realized we had a backpack (which was not allowed), and we replied annoyed that we could not get in with the backpack, he could only have politely responded that we should keep our backpack in our hotel room. Everyone has bad days but we believe that clients should not be harmed by an employee who is badly instructed to perform his job. "Hello," "Good evening," "Thank you," are very basic words that anyone with the least education can use. Unfortunately that's not what we saw in Coyote Ugly. It s a pity.

Fantastic night out at this bar. Seen the film and didn't expect it to be like that. In fact it was so much better. The staff were Amazing, put in a great show and would certainly go again and again!

Go there 24, and again on the 25th Christmas which is my B-day and the bartender there is great, I have an explosion to play billiards!

Excessively violent bouncer. After being over served and encouraged to dance on the bar, the bouncer first talked down to us for doing so and then physically removed my girl friend from the building. He could have just asked us to leave. My friend got scrappy, she shouldn t have but she was drunk and pissed about being treated that way. He punched her off her feet and into the trash on the street. I got a bloody lip in the process of trying to stop it. How are you gonna get Girls drunk, talk down to them for being so, kick them out of the bathroom and then have a 300 pound bouncer punch them in the face? My friend weighs 130 tops. He could have just put a hold on her. Make sure your bouncers are competent and aren t going to take their day out on customers you ve over served. Horrible management.

When there are people I think the atmosphere must be huge, but we went there one night or it was a little quiet!

It's a dive bar.... Not the cleanest place but a cool spot for some quick shots to pregame before you actually go out. Can't really say anything else. Oh, yes they have girls dancing on the bar here and there. There is also a bunch of bra's hanging all over the bar.

So you want to have a good time, engage with beautiful women and listen to some cool tunz. Cant go wrong here. However, dont be fooled by the allure of a body shot...they are not really body shots, more like inconspicuous hand shots. The bar top dancing is fun, lightens the mood and galvanizes the crowd. Without a doubt a great place to be with friends or alone.

Between the interaction between server and customer. The people who come here are by far the nicest friendliest people. You walk away with a new bartender friend and a new friend who shares your taste in music

The atmosphere and decor are good for what the bar is famed to be, a great place to dance on the bar, grab cheap and strong drinks and just have a great, divey time out!

Sure, it smells like whiskey but after a few drinks, you won't care. If you're not into rowdy, somewhat touristy-places, this if your bar!

I absolutely love this place. My regular bar for 11 years. So much fun, you can go by yourself and still feel like you re with friends while meeting people from all over the world. Don t miss out on it

I like this place because the people are friendly. I also had the pleasure to have my youngest boy and my third oldest took me out for the night to place we're I hung out at during my college day's. Love it all father and son's.

Didn't hate it but didn't love it. I've been to a few of these, and this one didn't really register as one I would return to again if I was on a return visit. I'd say it is on the been there done that list.

Complete Nostalgia! I actually walked right by the place a few nights ago and missed it. So glad i found it on google maps and was able to go back and snap photo prior to leaving NYC. Cant believe it was only a ten minute walk from my airbnb place. This teeny tiny bar really puts the movie in perspective. Kudos to all those who have a dream and go for it!

If girls can dance on the bars why can't guys? I'm pretty sure there will be a lot more customers because there will be more of a variety. There's no other bar that would allow this, so coyote ugly would me very unique.

Pretty energetic feel to the place for how small it is. Have to admit to being pretty underwhelmed though, both evenings I went it was dead and the staff looked bored out of their minds. Think I just got unlucky.

Well it definitely lived up to the expectation. People were singing and dancing on the bar. They definitely incorporate the crowd, and will allow you to get up and dance. 4 stars because it's not the BEST bar, but it didn't have a giant crowd and it was a pleasant surprise. Would come back
