Bus #106 smells like the worse nursing home you can imagine. Unacceptable.

HORRIBLE! Expirience the bus show late and plus no a/c, I get back from Corpus to Harlingen sweting all way. Dont waste youre money, just get another transport service.

Not bad prices for their service. Maybe one day I will use them to do a group tour.

This was our first bus tour but thanks to Victor, our incredible driver, it will not be our last! My husband and I so enjoyed our trip to the creation Museum and the ark and many other attractions along the way. Victor was so safe so reliable that we could just sit back and relax! We had a brand new bus and it was lovely! We highly recommend Cowtown charter and Victor!

sitting at a rest stop outside of burkburnet, I think, and the bus is broken down..driver is nice and doing all they can, but the owners, don't seem to care. it is now 8:05. Finally sending another bus after a lot of calling by the driver. will be getting dark soon. very disappointed!!!! this bus is full of elderly and disabled people

As the group leader for Diamond Tours trip to Mt. Rushmore and the Black Hills which arrived home last Saturday, I can only say we were well taken care of and all felt very safe and comfortable with the coach and our wonderful driver Victor! I have had Cow Town as my charter in the past with Bud as the driver and was very satisfied that time too....I hope to be assigned to them again for future trips.

I had a great experience with Cowtown Charters for my wedding! They offered different sized buses, which in my opinion were affordable. Our bus driver was punctual and the bus was in great condition! I would definitely use Cowtown Charters again!

10/2018 Lake Granbury Medical Senior Circle trip to San Antonio. We had a great time. We also had a great driver! Gary Hall is a great and safe driver as well as very kind to all the passengers on the bus. Always willing to help us old folk off the bus. Always on time! I hope we get this driver for our next trip.Thanks

All I can say is terrible, just terrible. Our bus driver hit a car, almost hit 4, and ran over a million curves. Not only that our bus broke down. It over heated twice on the road and then we finally stopped in a tiny town. We were staranded for 2 hours. Finally, a local school bus came to our rescue. My experience with Cowtown has been an experience I will never forget, not in a good way.

Very dependable transportation company. Amazing staff to work with and has big fleet of motorcoaches. Buses are nice buses and so are their drivers. We use them every year!

This is the second time we use these busses and they mnaged to make the bus break down 3 times

this has been the worst bus ride of my life the bus broke down and we were stranded at a gas station for 2 hours and now we are riding a bus all the way home. we were scheduled to get home at 5:00 it is now 6:11 and 3hrs away from home

A great trip from Mississippi to South Dakota. Our driver was awesome, thank you Victor!!!
We had a bus issue in St. Louis, Victor was able to get us to Motel, had a mechanic waiting at Motel. Unfortunately, the bus was taken to shop. Victor arrange with Cowtown to provide another bus to Omaha, we had a few hrs delay, due to the arrival of another bus.

After 16 years of employment for personal reasons I left my second family. Watching all of the changes in the last couple of years it was quite sad for me. Retiring all the older buses and replacing them with 8 large buses and 2 small buses in the company is renewing and always improving their service. Passengers comfort and safety is #1 with the owner Bill Pippin. Thanks for the memories.

After reading several negative reviews about Cowtown Charters I left on one of their buses for a trip to Pigeon Forge, TN with some anxiety. I returned seven days later wishing I had used them more often in the past. I will be using them on my next trip. Our bus driver, Mr. Ernest Taylor, was one of the best . He was polite, helpful, always smiling, and a very safe drver. He knew the route well and got us to our destinations with no problems. He was a dream to work with. People who have had bad experiences are the ones who love to write negative reviews, but people who have had good experiences often don t take the time to write something nice. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Great trip. I had a great time on the bus. I don't even care about my plans i missed. It was worth sitting on the side of the road while our bus overheated.

This experience was very disappointing for multiple reasons. The first reason is that the bus driver never said a word to the passengers and just yelled at us. The second reason is the bus was very dirty when we arrived and had a bad smell. The third reason was that our bus driver hit a car, hitting the car was not all of our bus drivers fault but he could had done some things to prevent the bus from hitting the car. Thankfully no one got hurt but still he did hit a car also ran over about 100 curbs throughout the entire trip. The final reason is that the bus overheated and delayed our trip by 4 hours which set resulted in us getting into our destination late miss our plans for that day. Overall if you gave me any other charter bus option I would choose them over Cowtown Charters. Please don't be disappointed like our group was.

On Feb, 6th I was driving on the highway which was 2 lanes going the same direction, there was also walls right next to us. Bus PIP 106 had their blinker on and i was trying to go past it (i was already next to it) & it started coming over on me. i laid on my horn and it started driving in the middle (being in both lanes) and came over on me again. I had my 4 month old in the car at the time.

We have used Cowtown Charters for over 12 years. From the front office to the drivers on the front line, they are a great team. The Cowtown team has been a "go to" company on all our signature, high profile events. They continue to exceed expectations. Highly recommend as they will deliver.

Wonderful experience with trip taken to Orlando. Bus was very clean and the driver went above and beyond what was required of him. We will use them in the future.

The driver was one of the rudest people I've ever encountered in my life. The bus was a two hours late. They told us we could bring alcohol on the bus and charged us a deposit for doing so, then wouldn't allow alcohol 'on' the bus but were told we could put it underneath.

Horrible experience! Our bus broke down and there was no backup plan from company. Had to hire another Charter bus service to get home. No compensation offered!

Just returned fro.m trip to Branson ,Mo. with Gary Hall as our driver. He was very helpful and made our trip easy and enjoyable

bruh, this bus was supposed to amazing. we hit a tree that scratched the bus. hit 5 curbs and broke one. bus overheated 3 times. hit a car too. we had to stop at buccees for 2 hours and they never got it fixed. maybe next time u send a driver with 40 kids u should check with the bus driver and get him in check. he never talked but when he did he yelled at us. i think he was drunk tbh. grumpy af. now we have a local bus to take us for the 4 hr drive home. thx guys next time we need a charter bus i'll be sure not to use y'all. this also caused a couple of kids to be late the their 3 on 3 tourney that was paid ahead of time. but thx for the half way drive home.

Horrible experience! Bad service, they showed up late, and to top it off the bus had no AC. Never using this Bus line again! Don't waste your time or money with this company!!

My child is sitting on the side of the road in a broke down bus.. The school hired this company to take our band and choir students to a competition. On the way down to San Antonio they had no AC, now on the way home they are broke down! Rediculous! They advertise this wonderful fleet they have DON'T BELIEVE IT!

We had a very bad experience. On the first day the bus driver wouldn't even let us in the bus half the time. He kept hitting curbs and eventually hit a car. On the next day our bus engine kept overheating and we had to get off and stay at bucees for 2 hours. We ended up getting a school bus and we will never use this service again.

Well a lot of things went wrong on this trip.
Night 1- was okay then when we were on our way to the hotel to park he swerved into a car
Day-2 On our way home and then in the middle of no where the bus breaks down for 30 minutes then finally breaks down all the way. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Apparently this isn't the only time this has happened to someone. If I could I would give this a rating of 0 out of 5

Took a trip from Ok to South Carolina. Had a great time. Victor on bus 124 did an outstanding job. Excellent service.

Took a busload to the TX Capitol yesterday. This company was great to work with and the bus and driver were amazing. Gary Hall, THANK YOU! It's a lot of work to take a large group on a trip and they made the travel to and from a piece of cake! Bus on time and ready at pickup, bus comfortable and clean, directions from driver clear, USB charging ports at the seats....way to go Cowtown!

Big Al is the best driver we ve had in the last 15 years attending the MARY KAY seminar in Dallas. He s a keeper!

Terrible service, bus broke down 3 times and we got stuck at a gas station. All these breakdowns resulted in our trip being delayed by 3 hours and eventually, we just used a school bus to get back home. Very bad bus service, highly reccommend against using this.

I booked Cowtown Charters for transportation during my wedding. We had our guests stay down in Sundance Square in Fort Worth and the wedding was out in Azle. So transportation was essential as we did not want guests worrying about drinking and driving.
I had an excellent experience booking and planning the transportation routes and timing and such. I had made a few changes throughout the process and they were easy to work with to make the changes accordingly.
They were on time and I heard no complaints from our guests. In fact, most said it was an easy and enjoyable experience.
Thank you Cowtown Charters for making this an easy and worry free part of our wedding day.

We were very well taken care of on our trip to Miami and Key West. I am amazed at how well Victor could get us around some of the places he had to take the bus. He is an exceptional driver to say the least. He went above and beyond to make sure everyone was enjoying their trip. We absolutely had a wonderful time. I hope we can get Victor again one day. I know my wife and I are looking forward to our next one. Thanks so much!!!!

Highly recommend not using this business based on lack of customer service by the President of the Company. While trying to sort out a miscommunication regarding an order, I was given his number as the point of contact. When I called to work it out, the response I received an annoyed "Why are you calling this number? This is my home cell phone. Call my office." Not a response I would think you should give to a paying customer. I've already instructed our transportation office to no longer book through this company.

This is the best bus charter!!!! Used them for years with three Women's Club. We have great service. Excellent driving. Fastest route. Can't ask for more.
With that said we tried another charter company that was awful. Refused to take the toll road. Had a close accident call. And the driver was not familiar with where we were going and we had to tell him. He even ran over someone's lawn ornament and left ruts in their lawn. Worst ride ever.
ALWAYS YES WITH COWTOWN BUS CHARTERS!!!!!
