Everything was good except the bathrooms need to be cleaned more often. I also feel that they need rubber mats on the floors in the family bathrooms. We went on the weekend of the 4th and they had a nice fireworks show before closing.

The staff are nice and I like the rides. The only problem is that they should make the water to drink free. The water from the water fountain tasted bad (strange taste can't really describe it). Even when the fountain was broken a small cup of water to drink was $0.50 at one food place and 75 cent at another. My advice just make drinking water free. Over all really like the park.

We go to the cow Bunga by our house in Utah a lot. We have passes. We are excited to try this "bigger better" one. It really is bigger and has more rides but the first hour and a half I spent there was in one line to do one thing. That was a major bummer! also since I didn't want to wait any more lines my kids went and tried another right and that took them another hour and a half. This was on a weekday!
The wave pools really cool along with the lazy river but I'm not sure I was that impressed, I'm sure on a slow day would be a total blast!
I will say this they definitely have more shaded areas than our cowabunga.

Pretty Boring. It is not a place with lots of stuff to do. It is not that clean and does not have a lot of space. Not much waterslides or fun for me. I recommend to not bring a child here to have fun because from my experience it was TERRIBLE. It is also packed with long lines at slides.

We love being here all summer! Definitely expensive, but keep an eye out for sales and discounts. Perfect for the hot summers and is kept clean. We switched to Cowabunga Bay from being Wet N Wild goers.

1000% recommend getting season passes... if you dont get season passes then it's not rly worth the money for just one day... food Is expensive but super good and you cant take food in but you can allways get a stamp and go out of the park to get food and then go back in for free

Very expensive for locals! I felt like I was spending on the Las Vegas Strip! They should be more consider for the people living in Henderson! I spent over 80 bucks to get in, just me & my 11yr. Daughter. 7 in parking over 20 bucks in food. 10 dollars for locker. Shopping also! If the park was a lot bigger I would understand those prices!

We came to the Christmas event and had a great time with the kids. Had some funnel cakes. It would be nice if the ice skating ring had real ice because you really can't skate, only walk on the plastic floor and the attendants weren't watering it down enough to make it slippery.

The family and myself love this water park. The park is kept very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the rides feel safe.

We've made this an annual tradition just because we love this park so much! Keep up the good work!

It was ok, but nothing more. Price (~ $ 25) - performance ok Definitely very clean. People / children got stuck on many slides, which led to considerable backlogs and waiting times. Seems to be a problem with the park. I haven't regretted it, I wouldn't go a second time.

Cowabunga Bay was great.. couple of things though.. we went into the big pool and someone stole my daughter's new Adidas slide slippers out of the cubby.. so bring something u dnt mind losing.. afterwards, we went to the shop and theyre selling slippers that u would normally get elsewhere for like 5 bucks for $20...way overpriced! Each individual areas could have had music playing.. it was kind of boring in the pool.. apart from that the rides were great and the staff were pleasant.

We had a great time. It was good for the kids and even my wife didn't want to leave. IMPORTANT TO NOTE you must have flip flops or something because the floor is extremely hot even with the water on it.

Employees were all pretty nice, grounds were kept quite clean, n find it convenient to bring own canopies for shade... However, don't know what was up tonight with multiple large groups having to be escorted out but they were very loud n rough n glad they had to go... Lines did not move for rides , staff need to get quit conversating n get rafts n riders down quicker after standing in line for a hr or some times longer for a ride that only last 10 secs long n only has 4 rafts with an empty pool n green light to go...Food n drink prices are outrageous so bring an ice chest to leave in car n go out for snack or lunch... And all cause its a family park does not mean anyone brought their manners... Ohhh, n watch a kid puke in lazy river for them to only shut it down for 30 mins...

Great when it is not too busy. Ok when busy. The slides are enjoyable, but when the lines are long, it can be 30 minutes if waiting, which is unpleasant in 105+ degrees. It is well staffed and the lifeguards have been courteous and helpful in our interactions.

We tried one of the small cabanas and though it is pricey, it made the experience much better as it comes with a small safe, a place to call your own with some shade, and great food service (the service is better than the food, but the food is okay for a water park).

The kids area is fun for the littles, and the wave pool is fun for the swimmers but can get packed, and some kids are ignorant of others space, so expect to get bumped occasionally.

Do they freeze your pass if you give them a negative reviews and kick you out of there park... And apparently needs prepared on there slide this could leave to mmnasty accident if nor resolve. I'm never coming here ever since they are discriminate towards people over a 1 star review. Not very friendly management.

Went for the second time and had a lot of fun and got to ride every slide except the four person slides. One thing was that while I was waiting in line, a girl who just got out of the slide hit her toe on the stairs and started bleeding. She ended up crawling to sit down, and first aid didn't come until about 40 minutes later. After I rode two different slides, the puddle of blood was still there. They didn't clean it up until about an hour later.

It is very family friendly and I love that they have life jackets available for free. This is amazing and very responsible. So water safety is a priority. I love the little kids pool. I might add that parents need to supervise there children more. Life guards aren't babysitting your kids. The frozen grapes are my favorite.

My review is based on what the park was planned to...

My review is based on what the park was planned to be, what it was when it did finally open and what it plans to be for its second season. First this park opened more then a year late. They advertised certain attractions to open and then sold passes based on an opening date which kept getting pushed back. When they finally opened mid summer, they were missing several rides that were supposed to be open for the season pass holders and many had strange weight limitations that seemed to change daily. They did offer refunds but then weeks later sold from Groupon, season passes and again advertised certain attractions that would be open this year. They did not finish either of the 2 multi person raft sides and then would not refund those new passes so they were sold advertising less of a park then we paid for. The park itself is nice and clean as a new park should be. But very small and they did not build the big kids play area so not a park for the whole family. The lines for the slides are disorganized, slow and are ran differently every day. The park only has 6 different water slides for adults but they add up all the toddler slides and claim they have over 20 attractions so it sounds bigger then it really is. They even claim to have a boardwalk bay pool which sounds great but really its just the entrance area to the lazy river and nothing like a pool at all so until you get inside the gates, you would never know. On the plus side their wave pool is very large and can create some pretty good size waves. For 2015, they plan on finishing the 2 raft rides season pass holders were told would be in 2014 but for the 3rd year in a row won t plan of building their featured attraction Cowabunga Splash playground. For what slides they have, the distance from the strip (they are not in Las Vegas) and the pure fact they did not open what they claimed they would, for the 2014 season they were overpriced and a let down compared to what they should have been back in 2013 when they sold us all on this water park that may take several years to get to be the size they advertised back in 2012. So for its first year, after a year delay they get a very low rating. If they were in only water park in southern Nevada, then maybe 3 stars but they are way behind the park that is located in Las Vegas and has about twice the amount of adult size water slides.

My kiddos enjoyed it. They said it was fun. The water slides were dry and people kept getting stuck but managed to wiggle themselves out. Other than that everything was amazing. We came on Tuesday and got 2.00 pizza and 2.00 slushies. Staff was amazing. Everyone spoke, asked how we were doing, if the rides were fun and asked if the slushies were good. It was a great experience. So good that my kiddos want to make this "our spot" when we visit from the East coast.
