I worked with bill on an unconventional item for a laser cutter. He was very helpful and did an amazing job. I would recommend him to any of my friends.

Ordered (2) pieces of lexan.When I got home the pieces were cut wrong but my invoice was listed correctly. Don't know what happened but they were not even close. Had to drive another 20 miles down to Gallatin to see if they would cut 2 more pieces. I had requested that the corners be radius and no sharp edges. They cut the correct size and looks like they sanded the corners but left the rest of the edges sharp as a razor. Did not notice this till I got home and took the protective cover off. I would not recommend this company as they did not even offer any refund for their mistake or even a discount and then did not perform the request of the job. I should have checked the plastic before I left but did not and thats my fault but figured they would have been especially careful the second time around. I will not go back and will not recommend them if someone asked.

I don't look anywhere else for my plastic needs. Bill is a very kind man and I enjoy doing business with him!

Needed a piece of clear plastic that would curve around the front of our curio cabinet to replace the glass that broke. Bill & staff were very helpful. Piece fit perfect & looks just like glass. Saved us a bunch of money. Thank you so much.
