COVE SECURITY

I had an older system for years with cove and it was great. They recently had a sale for their newer system and I decided to try it. Installation was smooth and simple but when I encountered a minor glitch, I called their technical support and they said that I have 2 accounts in 1 address. I told them that I just installed my new system. To my surprise I had to pay for a new subscription and I told them to cancel my old one. They said that if I cancel the old one my credits will be lost. I had to purchase additional equipment to use the credits or I lose it. On top of that I had to pay $15.00 for shipping while paying full price for the equipment. If I cancel my old subscription at the same day I placed the order for the additional equipment it will not work. I have to wait for the new additional equipment to arrive before I can cancel the old account. So much for advertising a sale. You still literally have to pay full price to get a newer unit with a higher monthly subscription.
