Beautiful rooftop garden, but can be really boring but I guess that's not the point.

No issues, could be more flexible but satisfied overall.

So rude! I have to go here twice a year to pay a dividend cheque in for a shareholder who holds an account. They are just so rude it's incredible!

Coutts have been looking after my DB/council pension schemes and a 7 figure investment portfolio, as well as the accounts of my friends and family for the last 7 years or so and I have seen returns year on year that add value and security to our relationship. I have dabbled with advice from "one-man-band" IFAs in the past and found most of them to be be flashy chancers and cowboys with no real value to add. Coutts have a dedicated wealth manager who talks on my level and doesnt attempt to patronise or dumb things down, and most importantly is there when things are bad as well as when they're good. I rate their service highly and cannot fault them at all.

A thoroughly unpleasant company - the service is often unfriendly and lackadaisical, and sometimes they 'accidentally' make incorrect charges (i.e. steal clients' money). The mobile banking app suffers from numerous annoying glitches.

If you can afford the service here you will not be swayed by a review. Recommend by good old fashioned word of mouth.

Best service you'll ever get from a bank. No automated phone system(which is unique in itself for a bank) and the concierge team are brilliant. I've used the concierge for numerous travel, restaurant and theatre bookings.

100% at all time. Absolutely love the concierge service and I have never been dissapointed.
