Customer service is great! The rooms were decent and our view was okay. The breakfast is an extra charge about $13 per person. Definitely in downtown area! The shower water does have some funky smell.
Worst Marriott I ve ever stayed at. Must request to have your room cleaned due to covid protocols , which is not written anywhere. Bistro is still closed in the summer of 2021 due to covid . Front desk associates are trash as well. Will not maintain my elite status with this brand any longer.
I hope you can do better than what we experienced next time.
Great stay. Clean rooms and public areas. Responsive staff! On 1st floor and people above us must have been bowling; even interrupting sleep. Complaint offered only short term relief
Very clean. The customer service area, very organized and clean. The front desk employees were very helpful and professional.
Beautiful and clean. No bugs nice sheets. But seems like the bathroom was an afterthought. But a great night sleep.
Needed a big comfy bed and a hot bath.. alone time with the better half. I got what I needed. The breakfast was far from the norm. This hotel gets a Bob rating of 2. Just a 2 hotel ranking though. The manager got google's 3 for her HR quality
Exterior of the hotel is very nice. Great location, close to walking trail and memorial. Rooms are a bit dated looking and the bathroom is small. Rooms on the main floor facing into the courtyard have a sliding door with little sitting area facing the pool.
Loved the staff. Nice clean room. Complimentary breakfast of oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, pastries, coffee, tea, juice. Next to Waco convention center and river walking trail.
The front desk was very helpful. Jarod did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. The hotel is nice clean and spacious. I enjoyed my first trip to Waco tremendously and this hotel was part of it :)
