Great rooms and facilities but poor service in restaurant

Not bad for really vegetarian dishes .... but put fish in vegetarian dishes announced is quite surprising to say more!

For me as a very frequent Toulouse traveller just my "2nd home" - THX to team Courtyard

The hotel is well located for Airbus workers. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. The rooms of standard size. The gym is tiny, dark and with few machines, it is laughable for a hotel with these characteristics. The restaurant is of good quality but with exorbitant prices.

I went to the hotel to make a deal concerning an organisation of an event. It's a very intresting place to make a gala dinner with a large choice of food. The ballroom is fantastic. It's a very intresting hotel for businessmen working with airbus

Despite its location it was rather quiet, comfortable room and clean, welcome, the hotel was under construction when I went but the nuisance was very small

Arrived for a conference, we were very well received and directed.
Drinks made available, before the start and during the break, comfortable chairs, outdoor lounges available (sofas, cushions and hyper clean tables).
Toilet clean, which unfortunately becomes increasingly rare, filled toilet paper dispensers, emptied bins, ...
In short a lot of institutions should take example on this one.

Good place for a short visit, especially when there for business at Airbus Saint Martin due to short walking distance to the main gate.

Comfortable hotel with nice enough furnishings. The rooms are pretty comfortable and the staff welcoming. I didn't have the chance to use the restaurant that evening as I was delayed on my flight in. It does have a 24 hour little convenience shop which is handy though not especially cheap, but it is good for a midnight snack. Breakfast was generous, filling and quite tasty.

Very clean and good food. Designed for close access to Airbus St.Martin site for business travel so the pool is tiny and not really usuable if you want a holiday stay

From start to finish I have never experienced so much respect and consideration.

On arrival, a shuttle with a super friendly driver picked us up. Following this, we went to the reception and information about the city and its inhabitants was initiated and on return it was the same thing.

In short, if you want to disconnect and breathe the fresh air with competent staff who care about your well-being, don't hesitate any longer :)

Being accustomed to the place 5 years ago the quality has dropped dramatically especially with regard to the restaurant. Drowned in the sauce the food you often stay on the stomach for testing several dishes with colleagues feels the same.
Plus a smile of service would be nice.

Covid measures not followed, in particular questionable toilets and no restaurant distancing. Piece of beef served "sole", inedible and scandalous. Definitely to be avoided.

I couldn't get the shower to get hotter than mildly warm.

I have been staying at this hotel for more than 5 years, every time I see that they improve it. Exceptional service, very good restaurant, varied and good breakfast, excellent rooms, in short, I can not stop choosing this hotel every time I can when I go to Toulouse.

Worst hotel ever....Air-conditioning was not working at all (in the whole building), so it was impossible to sleep in the room --> room temperature was extremely high! Reception only provided as solution a old, noisy not properly working fan :-(

Very happy with everything at the hotel. Rooms were very nice, staff was friendly and helpful, and there was plenry of parking - and parking was free! My only qualm is that breakfast seemed very expensive - 24 euro per person. I didn't wake up in time to see if it was worth it, but that still seems a bit too high to me. If breakfast had been closer to 10-15 euro I would have given it 5 stars.

"Canard" can be ordered in the restaurant. It takes about 20min for cook. Also, the steak is very good.

Everything went well as usual. Just had issue to connect to WiFi and get my rewards ... as usual.
I had dinner, pizza was not good really, like coming out from the freezer. The fish salad was good though. So unequal food.
What is it unequal is the service, staff smiles and availability! They do great

Overall it is a great place to stay, a bit far from Toulouse Blagnac airport and from Airbus too, if you visit airbus...

A nice hotel. The staff are very friendly. When I visit Toulouse I always try to stay here as it is the best hotel that I have stayed in, in Toulouse.

The only word I can use to describe this place is Amazing. I am a world traveller and spend a fair amount of time on the road. In full disclosure I am not brand loyal, and even if I were I don't believe I would be to Marriott (sorry). Having said that, the thing that makes this place amazing is the staff. The restauarants and bar are ok, and the rooms are good, but I have NEVER seen staff that is more friendly, helpful, and willing to go out of their way to assist you to ensure you have a great stay. I wish more places were like this, and will always come back to this hotel, given the option, because of the staff.

Very solid hotel in the area which compensate its distance from the airport by a great service, excellent road connectivity and free shuttle to the airport. Very good welcome by staff. Mobile check-in worked and all preferences met. Proactively upgraded to business room as Gold Elite. Welcome letter in the room. Illy espresso machine with 2 normal and 2 decaf pods Recent furnitures, good recent TV but need to use the TV controls to select the HDMI input (not possible from the remote). Enhanced internet at 10mbps symmetric. Good soundproof, only slight noise from aircrafts. Business room had water, snacks and free drink voucher. Functional cable internet. Power on each side of the bed but could do with one more plug by the desk. Only problem: didn't put up the do not disturb sign because I had requested late checkout and was distributed at 9am by housekeeping. Don't forget to put it up if you want to sleep!

Roof what you would expect from a Courtyard. Well placed in relation to Airbus but far from the city center. Not a lot to do in the area at night.
