I traded in a 2017 two door sport Wrangler for a 2017 four door Sahara in December because I needed more space. Matt was a wonderful sales person and very personable. I enjoyed his company during the process.

When I purchased the vehicle I knew it would need new tires probably a year out. However, I already need new tires and I haven t even had an oil change yet. One isn t holding air and they are all dry rotting. I also noticed a squeaking in the breaks.

I m very happy with their service. They are meeting me in the middle by replacing the breaks and one tire free of charge. I only asked them to pay for one tire. While these things shouldn t have happened in the first place I respect their response. I ll continue to shop here knowing they will own their mistake and honor their costumers.

After months of browsing new and used vehicles, I made my decision to purchase a 2021 Jeep Compass. I already have a 2018 Compass in my household, so I knew what I was getting into. I called ahead and talked with Brittany and laid out what options were a must have. They found an 80th Anniversary Edition that had everything I wanted and more! I went in on a Wednesday morning before work and test drove one of the new vehicles and told her I d be back the following day to make my final choice. The sales team wasn t pushy and didn t continually hound me after that. Thursday came and I got my approval and finance details and made a decision on the exact vehicle. Friday morning, bright and early I went in and signed the papers. I had my keys in less than 2 hours! I ve purchased several vehicles from dealers and this had to be one of, if not THE, fastest times in and out. The car was clean, had a full tank of fuel and they went over any questions I had before I left the lot. When it comes time to get something new for either myself or my family, we will be going back!

The service department really knows how to take care of their customer's here. Sydney was my service advisor and she was awesome! Will definitely be back if we need more work done! Not to mention they have a shuttle service to take you home if you are unable to get a ride. The driver who brought me home was so genuine and sweet as well!

It was a very difficult decision and done with a heavy heart but we recently traded in our beloved Chevy Camaro "Rosalyn" at Courtesy Jeep. We had a million questions and senerios about different options in buying a new Jeep Cherokee Latitude OR Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo and he was a trooper!! It was time for someone else to ENJOY this beautiful, awesome whip!! We needed to be practical and economical about our new vehicle and the Jeep Cherokee Latitude fit the bill. Both Clayton & Curt made the entire process a little less painful as they respected our love for the Camaro as were making our transition to the Jeep. We had a GREAT sales experience with All of Courtesy staff and we would highly recommend them to anyone. When we closed the deal with Clayton and the rest of the Courtesy staff we drove away in our new 2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude feeling good & 100% satisfied about retiring our beloved Camaro "Rosalyn" to the Courtesy staff. Our New Jeep Cherokee Latitude felt good, felt comfortable, and enjoyable in a different way than the Camaro. Go check u'm out! :)

My first time purchasing a car I assumed they all did . After this experience I would definately recommend them , especially the used car salesman Kirk Boyd , he went above and beyond to help me out and I am very grateful !

Just bought a used car there recently , was told it runs great and there was no mechicanal issues, one owner and very well taken care of . The salesman I had was great and seem very honest and knowledgeable. Bought the car , drive to work which is 10 minutes away, and after my shift came back it started it up and a check engine light came on . Got it looked at first thing and was told I needed a new catalytic converter .. I called the dealship ASAP and they said they could only give me a $200 discount on an over $1,000 repair job "but they wanted to help me out" . Then kindly reiterated the fact that I bought as is... I took it to my mechanic who thankfully helped me out with a lower cost, where he had several codes come up . He said there was no way they didn't see these things before hand, and whoever the owner was obviously didn't keep up on changing the oil because there is obvious damage . Now I have to cough up another few hundred bucks and pray this is all. I feel like I got screwed over and taken advantage of. I trusted them because they seemed to know what they were talking about and came off like an honest and loyal team. I would recommend no one here or at least bringing a mechanic with because "small things" that can fly under the radar will cost you big time .

Oil changes are a worthwhile deal if you buy in a bundle, however as someone with more than one mechanic who is a close friend I can tell you that I absolutely have been told I need things done that have not been necessary multiple times. Not as bad as some places and they do to above and beyond but you can't be telling people their transmission is leaking and have it not be...

They have a nice, clean waiting room with wi-fi and comfortable seating, reading materials, beverages, with TV available, if you choose to wait. They also have a puzzle at a table, my favorite activity, if you prefer to keep busy; all this, plus shuttle service, if needed! For longer waits, go see Larry in car rentals . He has affordable daily rates, for when it may take longer than a day or if it just doesn't work out to wait. It's all these extra perks on top of the great service that keeps us coming back. I forgot to mention the cookies; they have yummy cookies, too, in the waiting room if you need a sugar fix. In addition to all this, the staff at Courtesy Dodge is so nice; they want to help.

I was in this morning for an oil change and tire rotation. The service was quick and the dealership is really nice. However, when I checked out. I asked just to be sure if they did the tire rotation. They said "Yes, we sure did" it's even printed on the invoice that the tire rotation was completed. I paid and went out to check my vehicle. They never did the tire rotation, because I had the front two tires marked with nail polish. I went back in to ask them if they did the tire rotation. "Yes, we sure did". I told them, no it wasn't done, and told them that I had marked the tires.

They came out and measured the tires and said that I didn't need it as the tread depth was 12/32 on all tires. Why would they tell me that they did it and then print on my invoice that it was done? Why not just tell me that it didn't need to be done and explain why?

I'm driving across the country in two days and just want my family to have safe travels. Don't be dishonest. It makes me wonder what else they said they did, but may not have been done. Not cool at all!

After I left I went to Discount Tire and had them check my tires for peace of mind.

Dealt with very helpful used car salesman Chris Schutz. He did not fit the "used car salesman" stereotype -- no pressure, just the facts and the numbers. We will go back the next time we need to trade-in our car.

Between 2-3 stars for this place. Definitely was upsold and well I d say maybe taken advantage of since I was ready to make a purchase. Sales rep was not knowledgeable on what rebates were available for the vehicle I was purchasing and couldn t tell me what vehicles the rebates I saw on their website were for since mine supposedly didn t qualify. I was never told my interest rate until signing the final paperwork and some undercoating for $1500 was snuck right into my total cost as I was never told upfront the price. Sales rep couldn t tell me if I could get rid of the Sirius radio either. I was given a very basic run down of my vehicle but was left to set things up myself. Overall I got the vehicle I wanted but this dealership won t get another penny out of me nor will they be servicing my vehicle. Also the 0% financing is nothing but a bait and hook put on by Chrysler capital, couldn t be told what vehicles that was applicable on either but was told if I chose that I would lose the rebates?

Brought my used car in at the end of a 3 month/3000 mile warranty because of suspension concerns. They found multiple issues with the suspension that were missed upon inspection and even though they were not covered by the warranty, they honored it and fixed it anyway.

Fast, helpful service, offered lower cost solution as option to address issue.

Earlier this year, I took my car in for a variety of repairs. One of those fixes actually involved a recall fix to the airbag system. This seemed to cause a pre-existing issue with the car to become worse. I've had the car for over five years, and within the past few years, the airbag light would come on a couple times every few months. After they worked on the car, it lights up much more frequently - sometimes multiple times within a 20 minute drive. When I returned it to have it looked at, they treated it as a new issue, despite me saying that it had gotten worse since they implemented a fix to the recall.

To their credit, Courtesy has reached out to me and we're figuring out how we can resolve the issue in a way that's fair to both of us.

Our sales guy Aaron was extremely helpful and only cared about us being satisfied. We left there happy with our experience and will not be going anywhere else in the future. Return customers for life.

Matt Jermstad did a great job here, I normally do not give 5 star ratings unless I am 100% satisfied. Very knowledgeable of all of the vehicles in the lot. I gave him my budget and required specifications and he made it happen. Comfortable sales atmosphere, great customer service, I could have gone anywhere else for a vehicle but the respect and courtesy that was demonstrated had me. They are called Courtesy for a reason. The service department is horrible. I scheduled a pick-up appointment for 10:30, they did not come get my Jeep until noon. After that I did not get another call until 4:30 pm (right before they closed) saying my vehicle was ready. I asked several questions about what services they performed and got the run around. After reviewing the "work" report, they did not even do what I asked and knew what was going on with my Jeep. I got charged $70 for inspections that were "performed." Finally, when I asked about a slow leak in my tire, they stated they could do anything about it and wanted to sell me tires. I asked if they rotated my tires, and they said "yes." I finally checked to see if this was completed and it was not. I would not recommend this dealership to any of my family or friends.

I recently went in looking for a vehicle with a 15,000 pre approved amount. I went in and test drove some cara with Aaron Arntz but none were what i was looking for but Aaron was amazing and patient and very understanding. I went elsewhere to find a vehicle and ended up having some issues getting approved for the vehicle i wanted. I went back to Aaron and explained and he was truly a great person\friend and agreed some things were not adding up. As i was willing to pay a down payment and my credit score was in the 700, he ended up showing me a vehicle with everything i wanted a bit higher then my pre approval. I was approved and now driving my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee that is also Jeep certified. Excellent service just as I was expecting considering there high reviews and number of awards.

Chris was a superb sales rep and forthright every step of the way. It has been an insanely busy time for the used car industry because of the pandemic and yet Courtesy was on top of things.

For a little context, we tried to buy a town and country from over a dozen other dealerships throughout west and central Michigan with a range of experiences. Ultimately, Courtesy had the lowest price, greatest value, and excellent car buying experience.

Carmax May have had a slightly smoother buying experience, but for the thousands of dollars more they charge to deliver said experience, it wasn t worth it. If we would have bought a comparable car at Carmax, as soon as we would haven driven away with the car we paid $5,000 more for that $5,000 would have evaporated from the actual market value of the vehicle in case we needed to turn around and sell it.

To me, the smoother car buying experience at Carmax is not worth that extra $5,000-$10,000 they up charge in comparison with Courtesy.

If money is less of an object for you and don t have the time to do an ounce of research for the car you want and don t want to pay for AutoCheck or other Carfax like vehicle history reports (Courtesy offered it for free), then spend the extra 5-10k, or more, at Carmax.

After the local Subaru Dealer claimed my car had a hole in the radiator and said I needed a new one...I thankfully had the Body Shop at Courtesy Dodge check it out for a second opinion.

Found out what I really needed was a $2 part for the hose fitting - not a new radiator! Plus the Courtesy Body Shop checked the car over and charged me NOTHING (even when I offered to pay).

That kind of honesty and care goes a LONG way.

I showed up with a budget and a need. Their team quickly helped me find the right solution for what I was looking for. They presented me an awesome new truck. I am thrilled with the purchase. The entire time I felt comfortable and welcomed, they are truly a great group to deal with when buying a new vehicle for your family.

We showed up on a busy Saturday and were still contacted quickly and pleasantly. There was a bit of a wait to sign, but that's okay, because the cookies are delicious.
