This was a must see. I was impressed with the amount of history this place packed. I would definitely devote a good 2 hours to see everything. If you re the type of person that likes to read all of the history than you might want more time. You have to book an appointment to guarantee a spot. When we walked in, we were glad we did because there was a long line of people waiting to get in.

If you are interested in the history of country music and the process of song writing this is a great museum. It has a lot of interesting tidbits if you take the time to read the plaques. We moved through pretty quickly, though a few things did grab our interest. For instance, I didn t know Kacey Musgraves was such a prolific song writer. There is plenty to see in the building besides the hall of fame and the museum, even if you don t want to go in to the museum, the building is worth a visit. The architecture is pretty amazing as well.

This is a must to see. If you are a county music fan you could spend hours going through the museum. Elvis limo was so cool. He had a TV in the back. My son really enjoyed it. It was the perfect day for it. It was overcast and the best time for our money. I highly recommend this place!

There were many outfits, boots, guitars, etc. of so many musicians. For the most part, the displays are grouped in fours. You tour at your own pace from the 3rd down to the 1st floor. I found the added audio ($5) was helpful. You select which items to hear about and you can start/stop it at anytime. Even if you are quite knowledgeable, you will learn a great deal more with this option.

This was a fun experience. It s definitely worth the time if you have an hour or two while visiting Nashville. There is a lot about old country music and current country music, and almost every country singer you can think of.

I would not recommend getting the voice guide box. It s only $5 more but it s not really a ton of information you don t gather by looking at the displays.

Overall, it s fun and good to see at least once in a lifetime.

Very nice museum. Great to see stars you know and learn about stars you don't know. The Taylor swift RV has all kind of cool screen games to play that are fun. Really nice place to learn the history of country music

We learned so much from the engaging and detailed exhibits on the history of country music. Colorful costumes and a variety of musical instruments--many customized and unusual--from country greats were fun to see. Loved the architecture and design of the building. Chronicles the history from the beginnings of the genre to the artists of today. Two additional tours are available for an extra fee: the Hatch Print Shop and RCA Studio B. We did the latter and it was fantastic.

There are no words to describe completely the amount of history associated with this amazing establishment.Regardless if you are 5, 55. Or 75 there is great memorabilia to take you back to amazing decades of fantastic music. Things long forgotten are recalled to your memory and sure to bring up great feelings of excitement and even invitations to dance. Almost to much to take it all in one visit. Definitely recommend.

I ve been here on two occasions, the first one being in 2019 and the second time being last month when I went to see Martina McBride s exhibit: The Power of Her Voice. Let me tell you, this museum knows how to do an exhibit!!! Martina is my favorite country artist. It was SO COOL! to see artifacts from her career. Such as the Requested Material envelope she sent to the record label, with the hope of her demo tape being listened to. Another treat was seeing the original writing of Independence Day. It was very powerful! Especially the line: Mama she found her freedom on Independence Day.

In addition to the museum, I got to see an interview and mini performance Martina did at the CMA Theater. All this for the price of $26! Just WOW!!!! This was my first time seeing Martina in person. I ve been wanting to for YEARS! but the timing was never right. Finally it happened! and I couldn t be happier.

Lots of country music history in this impressive museum. It is mostly the older country musicians and has lots of information on their lives in other types of media other than music which was interesting to learn. The Studio B tour was excellent and worth the extra fee. They take you in a bus to the studio and take you on about an hour tour. It has lots of information on all of the people who recorded there including Elvis.
