Jacob from country Chevrolet really got me into the trucks of my dreams. I contacted country Chevrolet online because I saw a truck I really liked. The following day havoc contacted me and informed that the truck was still available. I gave Jacob pictures of my truck I wanted to trade in and they were able to offer me great money for my trade. I told Jacob I was coming from 5 hours away to come look at the truck. Upon arrival Jacob took great care of me and they even offered me a bit more for my vehicle. There was no hassle they gave me a great price on the truck paperwork was easy and it was the smoothest transition ever. I m happy I traveled farther to get the vehicle that I really wanted and the team at country Chevrolet was top notch. If your looking for a vehicle, country Chevrolet will take good care of you and put you in a car you really want.

Borys Palma is an excellent salesman at Country Chevrolet. We had a great experience buying a used car from him. He s a no-pressure salesman who has a great personality and follows through on his promises. These are rare traits, but he has them.

Country is my dealership bar none. Jake Moore and his staff go above and beyond. When my husband got terminally I ll and I needed a vehicle to transport him, Jake and staff were there and brought car to me. Because of his care, I continue to drive an hour to get serviced because I know it will be done correctly with a smile. More dealerships should use Country as a guide to how to treat clients. The whole process from beginning to end was excellent. Highly recommend this dealership. Customer Service was top notch . Steven Sennott was our sales person and he did an amazing job. Very responsive, very respectful, and answered every question we had. He wasn't pushy and we didn't feel rushed thru the entire process. Service writer Chris is remarkable he is a valuable asset to the team and to Chevrolet as a whole. I used to despise Chevrolets I actually worked for Ford Motor company for over 10 years and since dealing with people like Chris and people like Jonah and the sales department I think you might have a new Chevy customer for life. Excellent job gentlemen I can't think of one thing that I would improve on, and I'm usually very meticulous about my customer service being in the car business myself for over a decade. Bravo!

Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. County Chevrolet is the standard by which all other car dealerships should measure themselves. Jacob, the sales associate who assisted me, was professional, friendly, and super knowledgeable through every step of the process. No pressure, no games, no being mislead and ambushed by a sales manager regarding availability and pricing. Every interaction I had there was positive from the first phone call inquiring about availability to finalizing the sale. Can't recommend this dealership enough and plan to utilize them for all future vehicle purchases.
