Very disappointed my husband gave me Love Story eau de parfum from CHLOE no outfit on me, call Coty that day to inform the problem, and there really disappointed, obliged to return my perfume at my own expense, and no info or tel to join for after sales service, impossible to know what would be next. For such an expensive perfume, it's not nice to treat the customer in this way, they will not count me more among their customers because it is abusive.

Home desolate, cold, dish. Incompetent reception staff. No kindness. Can not get the service I want. I am asked to call back, it has been going on for 8 days. It seems to have to do with robots. I therefore abandon my approach, which is nevertheless constructive for the company.
