Cottonwood House Historical Site Reviews

Lovely alternative to Barkerville if you don't want to do the drive out.

Cottonwood house is a great place to camp! They have little cabins, camp sites, & RV hook ups. Nice, big picnic tables & fire pits and firewood can be purchased. The historic site is really neat to check out. They even have a double barn! This is a place we will definitely stat again.

Would be more entertaining if you could go in any of the buildings. Still a nice stop though

We enjoyed our stay despite having to pay for an extra cabin because their website is out of date and lists the bed number incorrectly. the place was clean and quiet. Don't forget mosquito repellent.

It's such a beautiful place and has alot of history.

Beautiful site and very well maintained. You can get snacks and plenty of space for kids to run around. Very nice and friendly employees.

Historic family lead. Stay and rent a cabin. Nice walks. Swim in the creek. Pet the farm animals

Well worth seeing with very nice staff. Well taken care of. To my surprise they also have small cabins for overnight stay.

A step back in Cariboo History with nice walking trails

My grandparents literaly live right across this place. Ive got fond memories from there as a kid. Mind you this was several years ago but i feel the charm has not been lost if never had been at all
