Cotner construction

I finally got around to writing this review for Cotner Building & Remodeling Company, and it is well overdue. We have lived in our new home for four months now and are completely in love with it. John made the entire experience seamless from day one. He was transparent, approachable, and clearly knew his craft. Even though he juggling multiple jobs at once, he never missed a beat when it came to answering questions or updating us on our project’s progress. The subcontractors he brought in were top-notch, respectful of the property, and always on schedule. Mike, his site supervisor, paid incredible attention to detail and kept the lines of communication open every step of the way. If you are planning to build your dream home, I highly recommend giving John a call.
