I had the pleasure of working with Sacha when i bought a property couple of weeks back.
Despite being a seller's agent, i must say that it was very comfortable to deal with him throughout the phase.
Among the usual agents that you come across who just want to sell the property at the max price possible, Sacha is very different. He spent an hour with me to understand my need and when he came across a suitable property, he was quick to set an inspection for me. With his great knowledge about the market and a friendly personality, i recommend him if you want to sell or buy a property, and I can vouch for his professionalism.
At no point did he push me to buy the house and as a little secret, he has good knowledge about any renovation work you want to do and he is spot on with all the advises, like how you can rely on a long time friend. He is one of those rare agents who wants to do the hard work and not being greedy to make quick money or under pressure to achieve unrealistic targets.
I don't think I would've bought the property if not for his professional ethics, great knowledge and honest discussions.

He was always upfront about the issues & gave us enough notice and plenty of inspection time for us to work through them. He did not backdown after the settlement and kept helping us sort out little issues left unresolved at the time of settlement. As a first home buyer had to face a lot of challenges starting from multiple extensions of cooling off period and there was a time when we had to cancel the contract because of delays in bank approvals
, but all through the journey Sacha was very accommodating and supportive to talk to the seller and get necessary things in place for us every single time.
