Colin helped us to secure our first home. He was phenomenal in the process of negotitation and communication. He was always upfront about the issues & gave us enough notice and plenty of inspection time for us to work through them. He did not backdown after the settlement and kept helping us sort out little issues left unresolved at the time of settlement.
