Horrible! Packaged was delivered damaged, plant was destroyed, decorative pot was broken. When we called for a replacement or refund, we told that they did not offer that and it was as is. Complete waste of time and money. I highly recommend NOT using this company! I am making many social media posts on all platforms to hopefully prevent someone else from having this experience.
Orderd two 48inch majesty palms with free home delivery from Lowe's. They arrived on time. The palms were were healthy and beautiful. Exactly as described on the Lowe's website. The palms were very carefully packaged in tall, narrow cardboard boxes that gave excellent protection when handled properly. Very valuable instructions on the outside of the box on how to open the box without damaging the palms or getting dirt on your rug. Exceeded expectations.
Costa Farms delivered my Monstera baby is PERFECT condition from Miami to Brooklyn, NY via HomeDepot. Not only did the box indicate LIVE PLANT THIS WAY UP in big bold letters, the plant was securely wrapped in bubble wrap and presumably even watered before shipping because the soil was damp. What a stand-up company & shipping techniques are unmatched! Thank you Costa Farms! 5 month update on 9/4/20 - new photos added.
Super healthy well established plants weather they are comming directly from Costa Farms or through box stores here in so fla ,I have many and they are all pretty fantastic & pest free

The plants come all ready. Healthy and green in pots. Very satisfied.
Plants are beautiful at Lowe's.... but at home under 'not green house' conditions, they gradually go down hill. The medium/soil they are growing in does NOT retain moisture at all. The baskets dry out in half a day and are stressed before I can get back to them... please address the growing medium.
Absolutely horrible experience if your a truck driver. Would avoid at all cost. Supposed to have been loaded 10 hrs ago and still waiting. Will never be back to this establishment again. Waste of time
Since receiving my Amazon order all I got was headaches. They keep saying they will send my replacements next week and then give me a wrong tracking that was sent to another state and now after 3 days they apologized for the mix up and will send replacement next week AGAIN!!! WHY WAIT?!!! This was a gift and I don't recommend this company sorry but just my experience. If you have an Ikea near by buy there they are good quality and you get to pick them
The place is busy.they need an english speaking person in receiving officer to help non Spanish speaking customers....
